- Nice hotel, great location - Upon check-in we received a room with a window that did not close well. We notified the receptionist and promptly received another room. - The harbour and sea views are spectacular - Breakfast is fine. It could use a bit more diversity for people spending more time in the hotel - Very friendly staff at the reception and the breakfast

- Bathrooms are rather small - Windows are not isolating very well in terms of noise and heat/cold. Curtains don't block the light very well. - The breakfast room is small and has no view. That's a pity given the hotel's location.

Great location, right opposite the water and many restaurants close by. The staff were very friendly.

As it’s right by the wharf, it was a bit noisy at night with people yelling throughout the night.

Room 807 is on the top floor, with no sea view. But a good size room . The wardrobe was a good size with a good supply of hangers and a safe. The bathroom was great , brilliant power of the showers. A kettle such a luxury with supplies. The bed, in my opinion, was lovely a d comfy. Breakfast had a good selection of bread, cheese, meats, fruits, nuts, cereals, milk, and coffee. Nice bar/lounge area, and the terrace is at the front t of the hotel. Everything was The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Thanks to them, I had a great stay

Located overlooking the bay, the hotel offered a fantastic outlook first thing in the morning. We were on floor 7, which provided a great lookout. A very welcoming reception area and staff, who explained everything so well. The hotel is a five minute walk from the main hub of the town with its bars and coffee shops. Plenty of activity along the promenade in the evening to take-in and enjoy.

The rainwater running off from the building frontage, tended to drip onto to our window sill which was a little noisy, but as it only rained one of the nights we were there it wasn’t a big issue.

Super helpful staff ans a wonderful location, for exploring Santander and getting to the Brittany ferry the next day. The room overlooked the marina and was in a prime spot on the seafront. Top marks for friendly & polite staff. No request too demanding.

Would have liked own, secure carpark, but the public one over the road (underground) was very easy to find & to pay for for 24 hours. Maybe an easier connection to hotel Internet, with the details & instructions on a card?

Location excellent. Helpful staff, who speak good English. Lovely little bar with sports channel on TV. Very comfortable except for lack of air conditioning.

We had a kettle and coffee/tea enough for 8 cups which was nice but only two milk cartons. When we asked for more, only two tubes of condensed milk were offered. Not nice in tea!!

Room location was amazing, with a fantastic view of Santander. It exceeded expectations.

The only thing that I can think of, would be that in the breakfast buffet, there is perhaps a cafeteria type shelf in front of the food counter to place plate(s) on. It was difficult to always hold plate and select foods, and there was little room on the food counter itself to temporarily place a plate. Also, a toilet brush would be my only suggestion for hotel rooms, otherwise the rooms were excellent.

Location was fabulous. Staff were friendly and helpful.

No complimentary vanity/bathroom kit. Fan in bathroom didn’t work so was very steamy. Shower drain was slightly blocked so water over spilled. Room was next to maids cupboard so was noisy. Rooms lacked sound proofing, could hear neighbours talking and going to the toilet.

The hotel is located near the town and some of the main attractions. The room is adequate but very comfortable. The rooms at the front had lovely views of the bay but the ones we had at the back only looked out onto another street. The breakfast was excellent, they had everything you can imagine. The coffee pods were good quality as was all the food on offer. Worth every penny.

Unfortunately we had to move rooms twice, one was the terrible sewage smell and the second time we had water infiltration. Saying this the staff were very quick to change our rooms and they did all they could to ensure we had a pleasant stay.

We upgraded to an executive room with balcony and sea view. We had a great view of the harbour and surrounding area and in the late evenings watched the boats coming into harbour and the people enjoying a stroll along the promenade.

Nothing, the hotel exceeded our expectations.
