The boutique hotel is run by a really nice and heartwarming family. They provided us with Check-In information in advance and felt us being at home, including explanations around the area and nice talks too. Beds are really comfortable. Though the village is very small, a little grocery store is close by. They have a small car parking gravel field around the corner. However, the village provides enough car parking lots in the parallel streets. If you’re looking for a not anonymous business beside the hotel chains, this is the best place to do so. PS: We really loved “their adopted” kitten in the backyard :-).

Such a beautiful and spotless small hotel — calm, welcoming, and very well taken care of. The staff was exceptionally kind and made everything feel easy and welcoming. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, the rooftop is a real highlight, and the location is ideal for exploring Cala d’Or and the nearby beaches. Everything you need for a relaxing stay.

The breakfast here was fantastic. Freshly made and the service was fantastic. So attentive and the staff were able to meet our needs each morning. Jose, Brigitte, and the staff were great - full of insightful tips and info to explore the Island and they were never too busy to address any questions or queries we had. The hotel is in a great location surrounded by a few of local restaurants and bars where the service was exceptional.

We had a Double room on the ground floor that faced the street. Unfortunately, it was quite noisy with pedestrians and traffic during the morning and lunchtime periods. Having said that the hotel is in a great location, but I'd suggest guests aim for a garden view or for rooms with a balcony. The was a free car park literally a 1 min walk from the hotel, however, it was a little small - but this was not a huge issue as there was also free on-the-street parking available too.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood, close to lots of nice beaches and coves. The room we stayed in was on the ground floor, it was furnished very nicely and opened up to a lovely garden terrace. The bed was super comfortable and we had a great breakfast.

On arrival I saw some hairs from the previous guests on the ground but this was quickly rectified during housekeeping the next morning. The walls are thin so you can kind of hear neighbours at night but not a huge issue as it is a boutique hotel so not too many guests around.

Great breakfast, aircon, large, super clean and lovely furnished rooms, great downstairs and upstairs terrace, beautiful old town, a true oasis in a hot season :)

Nothing not to like. Just be aware if you don't have a rental car, it is difficult to order/ reserve a cab. Best to know some drivers ;)

We really enjoyed our stay here! It is in a small village so you get to enjoy the real Spain and not the tourist-only towns. The hotel is clean, modern and comfortable. It has a lovely patio and the rooftop is also nice. Last, but definitely not least, the staff was so amazing kind! They even borrowed us a sun ombrella for the beach

We had requested a room on the highest floor (2 months prior to arrival) and when we got there we had been assigned a room on the ground floor. However, the next morning after explaining the situation, they kindly changed our room.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Check in and check out process was easy. Room was clean, location very convenient, bed really comfy! I am only rating 9/10 stars because during our 2 night stay, the A/C turned down at some point during the night for at least an hour and the heat interrupted our sleep. Out of that, our experience was very good.

Very helpful staff, nice breakfast, buffet style with waitress service room nice, AC good but a remote control would of been nice. Nice honesty bar, nice roof top terrace with small dip pool

TV would not mirror cast, a suitcase stand would of been nice instead of having to balance it on bed, parking area although close very small

The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Everything is as described on Booking.com. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Breakfast was nice. Rooms facing the garden are quiet. You can buy soft drinks, water, wine, etc. at the self-serving bar at shop prices. The parking on the streets around the hotel is free but it may be hard to find a spot. It would be a good idea to have a map at the reception, showing where the hotel's parking for guests is located.

Exceptional staff, the way the guests are treated is extraordinary: personal touch to everything, great recommendations for day trips, restaurant, beaches and very good attention to detail. custom needs like using the lobby or breakfast room for some work meetings during the day were fulfilled with ease.

as expected, a rental car is a must if you want to explore the coast and but most everyday things are only a short drive away (restaurants, supermarket)
