The design and the concept of the hotel. Adults only. Great breakfast. Location close to the beach. Free water supply. And practical things we could borrow in the room for the beach and for the entertainment. The reception was running smoothly.

Just details. I had to wait a long time for my coffee in the morning. I couldn't find my favorite running sock after one cleaning. My room was on the first floor overlooking the roof of the restaurant. It was obvious that the hotel is still finding its own rhythm.

Everything was nice, new and clean, I arrived on the second day the hotel was open at all. Good food at the NENI, nice rooms, all facilities you might need during the stay.

The service staff, although there were quite many actually, looked like they’ve never even seen a restaurant or a bar, let alone worked at one. Everything took multiple asking and a lot of time and patience. But I guess that’s something that will settle down over time, they were all new and it was their first week there…

It was an amazing stay in a beautiful hotel. All the details are very well thought of, starting from the selection of the music in common areas, to the extras in the room, such as sun screen, water bottle, sun hat etc. While the hotel was already quite busy, there were still a lot of places to go to for some solitude time. Staff is also really nice, laid back and chill, as the overall vibe of the hotel. Interior and exterior also unique and gives you more like a home feeling rather than a hotel. Breakfast selection was not extremely wide but of a high quality and something for all tastes. Coffee is amazing btw! and the views of the sea from basically every corner of the hotel are breathtaking!

The property is set in a beautiful location offering the best of the sea and pool and near a lovely beach town. Overall, the hotel and general location on the island were very laidback with a good crowd (adults only). The breakfast was excellent and the pool bar, picnic/grab and go, and Neni restaurant meant our drinking and eating needs were covered without needing to leave the property. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Traveling with a friend, it was slightly awkward that the shower area was totally in the open and not private.

The hotel has a great design, food is super good, location is very calm and perfect for a down time. I would recommend adding some charging spots for electric cars in the hotel. The rooms are very small in my opinion, the bed takes most of the space and there is limited storage space. Besides, the hotel is very very nice. Also I would recommend clarifying there is another hotel with the same name, we made the mistake to drive to the other hotel in the other side of the island to find out that we had our booking in the other one

The hotel property itself was amazing. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design and functionality of the overall decor and aesthetic of the hotel which made it feel very upscale and premium vs some of it's neighbours. The pool/beach was also great. We were a little worried about the rocky beach, but it made for excellent swimming. Always a wide variety of beach chairs available at all times (we never had to worry about waking up early in order to get a space. Also, they offered a wide variety of activities like yoga and paddle board rentals which was a nice touch and we definitely made the most of it!

Due to the hotel being brand new, we ran into a number of issues with the staff not being well trained and proficient with their job. We had one lunch in the restaurant of the hotel, where it took 15 minutes before someone even brought us a menu (and we had to go ask), then another 20 or so minutes before our orders were taken. We even had drinks we ordered just not show up, and still found them on our bill after the fact. Though this was an issue, the manager was quick to apologise and remove all of our drinks from the bill without us even having to really complain. My suggestion to management would be to really focus of the training of the staff as it was really the only draw back to our stay.

The facilities are gorgeous and the breakfast is absolutely amazing. Also the free yoga classes, the free bike rental and all the little goodies in the room (sunscreen, games, fan, etc.) make staying there a wonderful and well thought through experience. I would recommend this hotel to my dearest friends.

The only thing I can think of, is that the mattresses are not so comfortable. They feel a bit out of place in the otherwise quite luxe-feeling concept.

Lots of space and well decorated. Beds and rooms are comfortable and lots of extra touches. Staff are lovely and the food at neni is very good. Free bikes are great fun but not always kept Charged. Would benefit from a map of suggested cycle routes to take.

Parking is on a disused tennis court and gets very full. There was a lot of debris and litter around the parking so need to be careful with the tyres. The ramp needs work as is broken and as there are no lines people do not park considerately / try to squeeze in. The breakfast is not up to par with the prices charged. We often came down to cold breakfast even though we were there very early. The selection available and presentation need to be better for breakfast as it lets the place down.

The pool, access to ocean, breakfast, majority of staff were helpful and attentive, Neni restaurant was lovely, room was very clean, lovely amenities and design. Shower room was great to have before airport

Some staff weren’t so attentive (Neni and front desk staff). Breakfast and bar staff were lovely. Pillows in rooms need to be reconsidered - a European pillow or decorative pillow should not be the extent of options. A sleeping pillow is necessary. Car park needs to be sorted as there are huge potholes and bumps.

Room was very well equipped with everything you may need, shower essentials, coffee machine, glasses, charging spots, beach bag, beach games and other essentials. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was simply amazing with lots of variety and everything in high quality. One of the best products I have ever seen for a breakfast. The staff is very friendly and careful. I loved their service. The pool area is incredibly well designed with all you may require for a relaxing stay.

The room was very small for the price we paid. However it compensated a bit that the bed was very tall and we were able to put things under it. The room required continuous air refreshment since a bad smell was coming from the shower drain which I very much disliked. Saw some other reviews about this issue and apparently has not been fixed. Although we announced we arrive for the honeymoon and the location told us they will arrange something for us in reality at arrival we had arranged a postcard with happy anniversary. While I was looking to buy a bottle of something from them, the receptionist had no idea on the products nor the prices, therefore we end up getting 2 beers. It could have been better.
