Very beautiful, fresh and clean 4 star hotel. Reception area is beautiful and elegant with attention to details. It’s so clean and spotless. Always smell so good and we loved it. Same for the restaurant. Very spacious and clean. With delicious selection of food buffet style both breakfast and dinner, and we are Italian so we do like good food. Staff very friendly and attentive to the guests. What we also liked for dinner was that everyday there was a different food theme like Spanish, Mediterranean, Oriental, Tropical… always fresh and tasty. The pool area and the terrace with sun beds are amazing too. The hotel has also a Mexican restaurant by the pool and facing the sea but we haven’t tried that and we had dinner included. Unfortunately it looked always empty and it’s a shame as it’s beautiful. All the rooms are sea facing and our junior suite was very spacious with an amazing sea view, stylish and cool. Staff is very nice and friendly. Alba at the reception and Bebe at the restaurant were exceptional. Hotel is in a beautiful location right at the beach and all rooms are sea view. There are a very big supermarket almost in the same building. Burger king is right around the corner. Breakfast and dinner were very good with a lot of varieties. Grill station at dinner offer sea food everyday. The snack bar menu was limited a bit but food quality was lovely. We always had either pizza or quesadilla and was really good You can also leave the kids with animation staff in the kids club, but it only opens at specific hours. We enjoyed our stay and the kids loved the place

The nearby hotel is very loud at night which will be a big problem for light sleepers and the doors do not isolate sound. It was not a problem for us though Pools needs regular cleaning from flies that die in water overnight Another potential improvement is to open the kids area for kids with parents as kids just sometime need a place to play. It does not have to be open only when animation employee is present and it is closed at night and on weekends.

Room was spacious. There was free use of the locker and beach towels in the room were changed daily. Dinner buffet had good spread. F&b crew were attentive, kudos to the staff maintaining the grill/ omelette and pasta station. They were efficient in handling multiple orders.

House keeping. I guess it’s specific for the room / floor we were in as I noted on other floors the balcony was vacuumed but not ours. And of course it was left sandy for 2 days. Not for the light sleepers as there was entertainment in nearby hotels and pubs which you can hear pretty clearly from the room till late ( after 11pm)

Very good location, two-minutes walk to the beach. Sa Coma is one of the quieter locations in Mallorca. Modern and clean hotel. Every room has orientation towards the sea. Rooms are spacious with a living room. Enough storage for your clothes, suitcase etc. The real highlight of this hotel was the food. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, everything very excellent, high quality ingredients even live grill where a cook prepared fish or meat as per your order. Friendly staff at the reception.

I stayed 8 nights and my bed linen were not changed a single time. There is no hotel gym but this was not a big issue as there is a big fitness centre ten minutes walk from the hotel.

It was a lovely location, 5 minutes walk to the beach. Our Junior suite overlooked the pool, we had a lovely view of the sea and the countryside. We were all inclusive. Both the food was delicious & lots of variety daily whether you ate meat, fish or vegetarian. Beer & wine and Cava were available with Lunch & Dinner. There was also show cooking at both of these meals & fresh omelettes were cooked to order if desired at breakfast. On a daily basis there was freshly baked bread. The staff were very friendly, generous with their time & very helpful. The bar was very comfortable and a good variety of local drinks & cocktails were available which were as good as any you would buy in Ireland. Our room was on the 6th floor. The beds were a perfect consistency. While the weather was not perfect during our stay, we enjoyed a very relaxing & chill out time. So good, we have booked to return later in the year. I would highly recommend this location as a place to stay.

It would be great if there was entertainment 5 or more nights weekly. People like nothing better than a good sing a long to 70/80’s music and or a Bingo evening with some nominal prizes. Spa facilities would enhance the relaxation facilities here also, even if they were available at a nearby hotel.

Great location with a wonderful swimming pool with plenty of loungers. Direct access to the beach and restaurants and commerce nearby makes it easy in case you don’t rent a car. The suite is very spacious for a family of four and the view from the balcony is spectacular.

Lots of noise in the restaurant mostly caused by the constant back and forth of the staff with the cars carrying the cutlery and dishes

everything was great! cleanliness, food, service perfect. but the only fault is the beds, please replace them. You can put double beds in the double rooms, because the single beds are so creaky. But my recommendation for the hotel!

Lovely rooms, comfy beds. Food for breakfast and evening meal was buffet and provided a good selection. One of the ladies at reception was really helpful.

Staff at dinner missed offering me a drink at least twice during my stay and therefore travelling as a singleton made me feel a little isolated compared to other holidays I’ve done alone.

Loved the sea views from our rooms. Loved the location of the hotel.. The breakfast was really nice....Many Thanks to Fabiola and to Clare and all the staff who were so friendly and so helpful.. Highly recommend this hotel.

The service was excellent — the staff was friendly, attentive, and professional.

The air conditioning unit was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep. On top of that, the beds were very uncomfortable.
