I stayed in a spacious and well-equipped apartment that matched the description perfectly. The housekeeping service was excellent—bed linen and towels were changed daily. The reception staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making the stay even more pleasant. The location is ideal for those attending events at the congress center or needing quick access to the airport and major roads across Andalusia. While it's a bit farther from the city center, it's easy to get around with a car or public transport. The area is quiet, safe, and there’s plenty of parking right in front of the building. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my stay and would gladly return!

This property was spacious, clean, luxurious, and great value for money. All the staff here went above and beyond. I rarely give 10s but I never doubted for an instance that this property was a 10. It’s only 9 minutes from the airport by car / Uber. There’s an incredible restaurant just down the street from the property. You get daily housekeeping and fresh towels included in the price of your room (you’d be surprised how rare this has become). The kitchenette was great for preparing basic meals from the nearby Mercadona super market and the reception desk is also a great resource (open 8 am to midnight so almost always available). Good firm pillows by the way. I also love the indoor courtyard with skylight and plants.

The room had obviously been smoked in and there was simply no getting that smell out. Also the property is an hour from downtown Seville by bus and 20 minutes by Uber / Taxi. So you had to make your trips downtown really count. The shower also spills water all over the floor every time you shower and the shower drain doesn’t work well so it can end up flooding your feet if you don’t shower quickly.

Reception was manned daily 08:00 to 00:00 and English was spoken. The apartment was very clean and comfortable if a little basic. We were out each day so really just needed a comfortable bed, a hot shower and access to a kettle so we could have a hot drink (the little kitchen was quite well-equipped with a microwave and two-ring electric hob). The windows were double-glazed and there was a metal shutter fitted to the outside to keep the heat out - you could leave the window open but close the shutter at night-time, letting some air in but keeping the room dark. There was a mix of short-term holiday and long-term residential rentals in the apartment block, which was located in a quiet residential area with a school behind and a small hotel across the road (there is some building/redevelopment work ongoing in the area but this didn’t impact on us). The swimming pool wasn’t open (mid-May). There were a couple of bars and a cafe in the immediate vicinity but they weren’t always open; the food offered was very good but it was limited (toast, omelette, tapas). A few more cafes, bars and restaurants and a small convenience store were available in a larger residential area a 10-minute walk away. We tended to have breakfast at one of the local cafes then spend the whole day in Seville, eating dinner before returning to the apartment in the evening. It was very easy and convenient to use the bus to get into and out of town. The no. 27 bus picked up from the adjoining street every 6-mins or so (€1.20 per trip, paid on the bus with a card), the journey time was approx. 30-mins into town and maybe 40-mins back. It finished at the Plaza du Duque in the city centre (outside El Cortes Ingles) but the return journey left from just round the corner, ie. not on the square where you got off. Although we didn’t use a car, there was on-street parking outside and beneath the building.

The neighbours immediately above were rather noisy which disturbed our sleep. The airport is also fairly close so there was some noise from take-off and landings, but not at night-time so it really wasn’t a problem. The shower could have been better (fixed height), although the water was extremely (too) hot.

We had a pleasant stay but more importantly, all the people at the reception throughout our stay were very customer friendly and helpful. They all went beyond the call of duty at one time or the other, all 3 of them. So it's clear that's their culture. Really wonderful people. Location is not too far from the airport. Good restaurants close by, the kitchen just had everything I needed to cook my meals. It was really a good place to pull back into every night.

The heater in our room seems to have been timed or automatically regulated so it went off every 20mins or so and one would need to go and restart it. That wasn't very interesting at night, although the bed was comfy and the duvet helped, one just wanted to be sure the room was warm all through the night. It wasn't bad enough to keep us awake though.

Close to the airport and there were plenty of places near to the apartment to get food - even late on as our flight was delayed and we ended up getting there later than expected. Good facilities and it was clean and quiet. The outside part of the building was also great. The swimming pool was not open, but the grounds around the property were quiet and well kept. The lady at reception was really helpful and it was very accommodating to people who arrived late from the airport. We got an Uber from the airport for about £11 - much cheaper than the airport taxis. If you were staying longer, there is a little kitchen in the apartment which is also really useful.

Maria at the front desk was very kind and patient and helped us find tickets for the events for things to do in Sevilla. Her English is fabulous. The other people at the reception also speak English well. The apartment is in a kind of hotel. Every day the bed is made up again.

It is quite far away from the city centre, but the bus connection 27 and 28 are fine and not difficult. There is a kitchenette in the room but there are totally no ingredients to use, like salt and pepper, or some oil. So if you want to cook something, you have to buy everything you will use yourself.

I am disabled and I was pleasantly surprised there was a bath tub. I had been traveling nonstop from Boston US thru Portugal and by bus into Seville, all with my cane and a suitcase and backpack. I was able to take a swim and soak in the bath after, best medicine for sore achy muscles and bones. Thank you so much for that benefit.

I could not figure out how to adjust the tempature and it was cold but compared to the blue blistering hotness outside, did not care ALL that much.

Clean tidy and central, Cafe/Bars/Restaurants . Bus stop round the corner , goes to Central Seville, we visited The Palace, Cathedral and more stunning with the sweet smell of the Orange Blossoms, we downloaded the Cabify App, which worked for us if we didn’t want to get the bus back. Enjoy beautiful place

Really awesome person at the reception. We left during the power outage; even in that situation, he remained calm and tried to make the best of it for everyone. We left a controller in our room and when we came to pick up our bags that we left for the day, they had put that with it. A really great service. The apartment was good, nothing too fancy, but it did what it needed to do. Very close to the convention center.

We had a very late check-in and the staff was available for us even in the middle of the night (they are working until midnight) we could manage a very quick check in and checkout. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed with a door separating the 2 areas (living room and bedroom) It is very near to the airport and at night we still could walk around and found open restaurants. It is in a safe neighbourhood and is perfect for a 1 night stay. The staff was very friendly, helpful, cheerful and professional, especially Maria. We will definitely return when we have a chance.

The blankets were like thin sheets and we could not find enough warmer ones. Perhaps it could have been requested if we didn't arrive in the middle of the night...
