First the staff at reception and restaurant were very customer oriented. Very helpful. The breakfast was very fournished fruits as wellas meat, even some lactose and gluten free milk. The only thing I wish could be better is the noise yiu can hear when in the room and people talking and walking on the floor way. Also the noise of WC when you.flush the toilettes. The owners should invest to provide more privacy in the room fore noice.

Decent room size, nice room and comfortable beds. Nice facility and great staff. The location is 15 minutes walk to some of the main attractions.

I didn't like the transparent glass bathroom door, no privacy.

Located on the edge of the old town...lots of bars and places to eat in the vicinity. It's about 20 mins walk to the Plaza de Espana and the Cathedral & Alcazar. A bit further to the bullring & Triana but closer for the Plaza de Encarnacion and shopping area. The hotel is tastefully decorated, as are the rooms which are spacious and well equipped. Large comfortable bed, huge shower (with shower gel, shampoo AND conditioner). Tea & coffee, a mini bar, safe. The TV links to your mobile so you cast a film. We had a room with a terrace and beautiful views of the city. The breakfast room was really nice and the breakfast was excellent. Fresh squeezed orange juice and lots of local produce. Choice of hot & cold buffet. Staff are warm & welcoming. It's a small hotel with very big standards. Can't recommend highly enough.

Great location. It's close to the old town through some beautiful streets - only about a 15-minute walk to main sights like the cathedral and the palace. Gorgeous rooms - clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Great customer service: When I checked in, there was a problem with my room. This was explained to me politely, with apologies. I was given a different room for the first night, and when I went into it, they had left a bottle of fizz and some chocolates to apologise for the inconvenience. Everything was ready for me the next day when I returned from a morning sightseeing, and all the staff at reception knew the situation, so I didn't have to keep explaining it.

The only concern I had was seeing a member of staff using their hands to rearrange and touch the bowls of nuts, etc, at breakfast - moving things from one bowl to another with their fingers and pushing the food down into the bowls with their hands.

We stayed 4 nights in a premium room with terrace. The room was a good size, was clean and the shower was lovely. Bed was big and comfortable. Slippers & robes were nice touch. We have previously stayed twice at Catalonia Santa Justa in same area, which we preferred due to reasons below.

The safe went wrong on 2nd day, showing various errors & wouldn’t close. Staff member tried to recode it to no avail & said they’d send someone next day. Safe was not fixed our whole stay despite reporting 3 times. Was offered to put valuables in a safe behind reception but this was inconvenient. Housekeeping did not top up toiletries. The shower gel dispenser was empty on arrival; the mini soap, tissues etc were not replenished & neither was the tea.

Central location at the entrance to the cities old quarter. Amazing staff, particularly Girolanda who greeted us every morning for breakfast and all the staff: front desk, cleaning and maintenance (we needed help in locking ourselves out of our safe). I cannot understate the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff of this hotel, exemplary customer service. Very good facilities and attention to detail. It happened to be my partners birthday when we were staying (which we didn’t inform the hotel about) and a complimentary bottle of Cava was brought to our room as a birthday gift. These small details are really impressive and something worth calling out for the care and attention to detail this hotel provides from arrival to post departure. Overall, a really lovely stay in a lovely hotel. The suite was a good size and attended to excellently. I rarely write reviews of hotels, perhaps out of apathy but I did find this hotel really great value and would have no hesitation in recommending.

A tiny issue that was more my own than the hotels problem was the issue of a double bed. The beds were combined as opposed to a King/ double bed… a little awkward but not a big issue. Again, something I could have raised at the time but didn’t.

Breakfast superb. All staff throughout the hotel especially Ceazar at reception were so helpful, professional and efficient. Taxis arrived immediately. Liked the location……close to great restaurants as recommended by Caezar. Pillows were brilliant. Staff cleaning rooms did an incredible job. Every day our rooms were cleaned to a really high standard.

Swimming pool was far to close to reception so there was no chance we ladies of a certain vintage were going to use it which was a bit disappointing.

We liked: (a) the location -- convenient for main attractions and the rail station; (b) the staff -- front-of-house, room service, housekeeping -- all were friendly, courteous and helpful; (c) the room was clean and had all the necessary extras - safe, good internet, coffee-making facilities; (d) the room service was prompt and the meals very good; (e) the shower was excellent; (f) room lighting was excellent (too often hotel rooms have poor/low-level lighting.

We would have liked a few drawers rather than leave everything on an open shelf or table top -- perhaps bedside cabinet rather than metal tables. While the buffet breakfasts were fine, it would have been nice to either have larger cups/mugs or be able to fill a jug of coffee (or be served the coffee) rather than repeated visits to the machine.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We reached an hour early and we were given our rooms as soon as they got ready. The location is excellent and close to main attractions and amenities. The room's design is nice.

Parking is quite difficult to get into and out of. It's also quite expensive, are €20. The toilet doors have a design on them, but major parts are transparent, and it was awkward for the two teen boys to control movement. The gym is quite small and has max. 10 kg dumbbells.

Everything. We were given an extra key card by the kind man at the reception, since we didn't know where the other one was. The girl in the evening at the reception during the week, was ever so helpful with everything. And my personal highlight of our stay here was Yenny at the Breakfast Buffet. She always came up to me and my son with the bightest of smiles, that made our day. Of course, the Breakfast was exceptional. Shout out to Yenny from Merle. Thank you Catalonia Giralda, we will be back! ❤️
