Staff were very friendly and accomdating, even ordering me a taxi when i came back several hours after checking out. Room was beautiful, very clean and the air conditioning was amazing. Shower and toilet facilities were perfect and location wise the hotel is well located with a market right outside and plenty of cafe's etc. Nearby. 10/10 stay.

Ive seen others complain about the lift being slow and that is true it is quite slow in comparison to newer lifts. I didnt find it an issue though to be honest, it got me to my floor and got me down when needed, if it was busy the stairs are very easy to find. I have 0 complaints.

The location of this hotel is outstanding. Situated right in the heart of the old town, it offers easy access to all the major attractions within a 10 to 20-minute walk. The central position also ensures proximity to restaurants and supermarkets, making it very convenient. One of the highlights was the 24-hour free coffee/beverages and fruits, along with a delightful surprise of free pastries delivered daily to the doorknob in a cute paper bag pocket. It added a thoughtful and charming touch to our stay. The staff truly went above and beyond, offering exceptional service and always being super friendly, which made our experience even better. The room was very clean and equipped with all the necessities. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for its central location, excellent service, and thoughtful perks, despite a few minor issues.

The room felt smaller than what was depicted in the pictures. Additionally, the view from the window faced a residential area, which was not the sea view as pictured. There was also a strong and unpleasant odor in the hallway on the sixth floor, where our room was located.

The hotel was in the most perfect location! Right in front of the market hall, a short walk away from the beach & shopping centre. There are great bars & restaurants close by, you will never run out of places to eat and drink near here. The room was spacious and super clean. The staff on reception were so friendly and very helpful to us. I didn't expect breakfast, but we got water and pastries hung on our door each morning, which was a great added bonus. There is also free water, juice, hot drinks and fruit in the reception area for free. It was a great place & we will definitely be back!

I cannot fault this hotel. The lift was a little slow at arriving.

I unfortunately arrived during the giant Spanish and Portuguese power outage, so there were some issues checking in, but given the circumstances, the staff were great in a difficult time with limited information. The location was outstanding on the square across from the central market, the rooms were decent and clean, and as the restaurant wasn't open, the staff delivered a bag of water and pastries each morning.

The square outside can be a little noisy until 11 ish because of the location, but it's not rowdy - just a few outdoor cafe/restaurants. The convenience of the cafes makes up for the bit of noise!

Good location, and nice hotel. Hotel was in a very good location. The Employee was very polite. Hotels lock their doors after midnight, so you can access by your key room. Room and bed were very big. Room has air conditioning but you don't need them, the nights were very pleasant.

On Mondays and Thursdays the market is set up on the plateau and it is very noisy, the metal structure of the market makes a lot of noise and since the room has 0 sound insulation it is very difficult to sleep. The hotel needs some repairs. Bathroom door was in very bad shape, the curtains were full of holes and did not function from the left side of the wall. The room needs some big mirror in the entrance area and some trash bin. Shower base has some damage. Windows has 0 sound insulation. Every morning they leave you breakfast at your doors and it is a very nice touch. For people who eat a lot, breakfast is to sweeten yourself. It was nice to have water every day. But for the last 3 days we didn't get a bottle of water.

Rooms are very simple, but equipped very well. The staff is super friendly and the location is extremely good. Every morning there is a small breakfast waiting for you at the door which is super nice. Overall a great stay for more than a week.

Windows let in a lot of sound from the outside and they cannot be half opened. However we were used to it so it didnt bother us too much. The bathroom door could be isolated a bit better. The windows also stare directly into the adjacent building, and since they are not screened, usually we let the curtains on all day. Some semi-transparent blinds would have been very useful here.

Clean decent hotel at fantastic location. Pleasant surprise - mini breakfast pack in the mornings. Smart TV, you can log in to your Netflix from phone. Room had mini fridge, very convenient. There is free coffee machine on the ground floor.

Room is a bit smaller than expected - but rooms are different. Very slow elevator for 8 levels building. We found private parking nearby, but streets are narrow and there is no room for car outside the hotel even for short stop.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this relatively new hotel and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Every morning, we were delighted to find a bag hanging on our doorknob with four delicious pastries and two small bottles of water as a complimentary treat. It was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture that truly enhanced our stay. The hotel's attention to detail and commitment to guest comfort sets it apart, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay.

It's right on the central Market Square with plenty of bars and cafes around about. It's a 2 minute walk to Rambla Nova with lots more outlets and a wide central walkway with occasional markets and other events. The hotel has large comfy beds, a bathroom with overhead shower and a hand held shower head on a riser rail, catering for the differing preferences of my wife and I. Complimentary croissants and water are left at your door at dawn each morning. The WiFi is fast and consistent here with terrific upload and download speeds (for the technically minded it's synchronous). The room is refreshed daily (beds made, towels changed) and reception is helpful and 24 hours.

As a wet shaver I would have liked a plug to hold water in the sink, but that's really such a minor thing when so much is perfect.

Friendly and kind staff, great location, close to the supermarket, city center, 10 min by foot from the beach, good value for money. Appreciated the pastries on the door in the morning and the coffee in the hotel lobby. Probably will come back again.

A cleaning lady accidentally walked in my room while i was in the bathroom, looking for one of her colleagues, and probably one bed sheet change in the middle of the stay, after 3 days, would have been a nice touch.
