Very nice, big and clean room. Big plus for the bath in bathroom. Helpful and pleasant staff with 24h reception. Was great to stay for family with small baby. Good food served in a restaurant.

I was spending most of the day on travelling around with my family, so we've just wanted eat breakfast and dinner. But some drinks served for the breakfast or dinner was available only for all inclusive guests. That kind of segregation made me and my family feeling unpleasant. If you're paying for breakfast, you should have access for everything what is served during it. In the coffee machine was only instant coffee. To drink real coffee, you have to pay extra even though somebody paid for All Inclusive option.

Nothing really everything was fab

The reception staff were lovely as were the restaurant hosts and bar tenders. Rooms massive, very clean. Noelia I think her name was was a delight, very good cleaner and really made an effort with us. Splash pool pirate ship for kids was brilliant as was the small park and baby pool.

The waitress in restaurant on morning of our last breakfast wouldn't give me cold milk for 4 year old daughter's cereal, just said it wasn't out yet even though we had booked for an early breakfast before our flight. So came across as quite rude even though I asked for it politely in Spanish. Gluten free bread apparently was available but they only told me this 2 days before check out so I brought my own to breakfast each morning. Staff also didn't make an effort with my child in the kids club so we stayed and played with her there.

The breakfast and dinner was good. Although the room was a bit dated, it was very clean and well-maintained. There are two pools, both of which were enjoyable. The kids' club was also a nice addition. The staff were exceptionally friendly and kind. The entertainment team did a fantastic job, especially with the evening activities for children.

The Wi-Fi connection was poor and unreliable. Dinner service started quite late at 7:30 PM, which may not suit everyone. While the hotel offers ample parking space, it's disappointing that there is an additional charge for it.

The hotel is huge. Everything about it is huge. I was abolutely blown away about the size of the room and the bed. We even had an extra couch. Therefore, that room could fit at least 5-6 persons. Besides that, the breakfast area is also huge. The food selection is also extremely varied and the staff is super nice and helpful. Bathroom was fine, nothing fancy. Good water pressure at the shower. Everything was clean and fresh. It is also relatively close to a variety of shops and not so far away from the beach (about 20-25 minutes walking). Also, a bus stop is right in front of the hotel, so getting to Malaga or the Airport is quite convenient. The train station is also quite close (about 10 minutes walking). Regarding food at the breakfast, I was impressed. They had a lot of variety and a lot of fresh fruit. There was also an open kitchen where a cook would prepare meals on the spot. I really liked that. The hotel also offers lunch and dinner (20 euro/person) and it's all-you-can-eat (drinks and dessert included). It was simply amazing.

There are some small things that the hotel management could improve on: the furniture in the room and the bathroom is rather old. It's still functional, but for a 4-stars hotel, I would have expected better. The elevators are also a bit wonky: besides the fact that they are rather small, they are also quite brutal. When they stop at the desired floor, they would jerk and rattle. At first I actually panicked a bit. Then took the stairs. Also, the windows (which are floor to ceiling) needs a bit of checking: on one night it rained heavily and a lot of water seeped under the window, into the room. Maintenance was quick to get the water out, but still.... seems weird that a 4 stars hotel has this problem.

3 pools areas were great, entertainment for adults and kids everyday, pool games so fun, archery, table tennis, darts, aquafit, yoga, all great. Loved the good morning song 😍. Different show on everynight, shows we're very good, flamenco show etc.. Restaurant and food choice amazing, staff so friendly and entertaining, no charge for sunbeds. Man greeting us to enter restaurant was so nice and friendly, the entertainment staff were amazing especially Xanti just had us laughing the whole time. Kids club super. Snack bar available all day. Weather great

A little bit far out from the beach strip. 25 mins walk, however a free bus is available but last bus back to hotel 7.30pm

All the staff were super friendly and helpful (in all departments). When we did experience a few issues with our room or in the dining area, they were very attentive to resolve them and grateful for any feedback. Easy transfers to Torremolinos and the beach. The hotel has a good taxi relationship, which made transfer to the airport very stress free. Child friendly pools, park and kids club - though I would say these are better for children over 3. Ours were a bit young still to fully enjoy the activities.

Rooms are a bit run down and furnishings could do with an upgrade. Everything felt a bit old and dirty (even if the maids did clean well). The lifts definitely need replaced. . The food was fine but there were a few hygiene concerns in the restaraunt (which are not unusual for these kinds of dining areas). Again, these were resolved super fast when pointed out and the staff were very apologetic/understanding.

Fantastic choice for food. I'm vegetarian and there was always something for me to eat, which is extremely rare unless it's just salad and pasta. There was always something happening to keep the whole family entertained, from foam parties to water polo. The free shuttle to town and the beach was great and very prompt. Staff were so lovely, particularly the gent who greets you in he restaurant. Great distance from the airport.

Other people's ferral kids haha! Can't get away from them no matter where you go

The staff are an incredible team! All dedicated to keeping the customers happy, the entertainment team were truly amazing, my daughter enjoyed the kids disco and entertainment every evening. The food variety was also brilliant, and the drinks came in good measures. The free bus to shops and beach was a brilliant added touch to the hotel, this gave us the opportunity to see the area.

We had a little confusion as we booked full board thinking this meant all inclusive and included drinks sadly it didn't but it would have been easily rectified by paying an extra €50 a day to reception (we phoned and checked this) after speaking to a few other holiday goers we paid a lot more for full board than they did for all inclusive so I was a bit disappointed with that as I searched for the best price I could.

We loved this hotel. We went Al inc and the food was amazing with plenty of choice. Wine, lager and soft drinks are on tap. Brilliant entertainment. 2 adults pools and a childs pool with a splash park. Entertainment in the day around the pool. We had a big room with comfortable beds. Shuttle bus 5 minutes walk takes you to Torremolinos Town and also to the beach. Aldi and Lidl 20 mins walk. Staff are amazing and work very hard. Ideal for couples or families.

Nothing that we didn't like. Loved everything.
