The room was clean, just the right size for our needs. The restaurant and service was excellent. I would stay here again. Friendly staff great welcome.

We thought it was nearer to the airport as it was sold to us as an airport hotel. We did not regret coming here. We caught the train to Torremolinos and a short taxis ride to the hotel. There is a free shuttle service to the airport, but not from the airport to the hotel. The journey was easy. In the morning we walked to the center. I would stay at the hotel again.

The airport shuttle was NOT available 24/7. We had to be at airport at 4:30. Shuttle commenced at 0500. Tried to confirm this prior to booking but was invited to ask questions of the property AFTER booking the room. Misleading on Booking.com part.

The rooms are basic but very clean and good value for money. Good location to visit Malaga or coastal resorts viz, Torremolinos, La Carihuela, Benalmadena, Fuengirola etc. Pickup from airport free. Bus also to takes you to the beach at specified times. Excellent staff, very helpful and informative with good sense of humour especially Sirena and Alicia. Italian restaurant is reasonably priced with usual Italian dishes all with good presentation and taste. Peaceful location free from noisy traffic etc at night. The hotel is homely. It has a Spanish feel about it something which is missing from the more modern high rise hotels.

Would have liked a small cabinet with some drawers but not a problem.

Nice quiet residential location,not too far from airport. Warm welcome on arrival. Excellent menu for lunch and evening meal, didn't sample breakfast. Exceptional service and staff are so lovely, friendly. Well stock bar and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Slept very well. Happy had a fridge in room and loved the shower. Lunch servings are very big portions. I think it is a good place for all but and ideal if solo too and just want to chill.

Bath towels,personal preference like larger but they were clean and replaced. Shuttle bus wasn't early enough for our return flight but did get taxi but great service collecting us from airport.

I chose this hotel solely because of the airport transfer but it actually is a nice hotel as it is, whether you're going to the airport or not. They kindly picked me up from the airport too, even though only the drop off was part of the deal - thank you, much appreciated. The room was clean, and it had a fridge and kettle (available upon request), which was very handy. Extra bonus for spacious balcony with a partial sea view <3. Small swimming pool but with just ideal temperature. Quiet location, rather far from pubs and restaurants, which is both pros and cons. Nice staff, especially females.

No vegan options on their menu. Also, at times at the swimming pool, there would be the same playlist on and on. 80s music is great, but not for hours on the loop. With Spotify advertisement every few songs. Very un-zen.

The stay was comfortable, we loved everything about it. The airport shuttle is a big plus. The pizzeria also was a plus because it makes your dinner super convenient.

We didn’t appreciate the trek uphill to reach the hotel. We took the bus from the city and had to do a bit of a trek to reach the hotel. Would have been worse if we had bulkier bags. Also not that I didnt like it, but its good to note that their shuttle timings start at 5 am. It only takes 10 minutes to reach the airport , but its good to be well prepared if you have a much earlier flight.

Hotel zen is a lovely place to stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are cleaned every day with fresh towels given each day also. The air conditioning is brilliant. There is a little area to sit outside your room with a little table and benches. The pool bar sells a variety of food and drinks. The slushies and smoothies were my favourite. The main restaurant is more pizza and pasta dishes. The pizza is pretty good. There is a courtesy but that will bring you down to the beach were you find a variety of restaurants, pubs and shops and will then pick you back up at certain times during the day. We found this very handy. I've been twice to Zen Hotel and would definitely return again.

There wasn't much we didn't like about Zen Hotel. The room we were given was quite small but adequate for somewhere to rest. There was enough storage and there was a small fridge to keep drinks cold so it wasn't too bad. The only other slight problem we had during our stay was with one of the cleaning ladies. She walked by the pool one day and told me that we weren't allowed to sunbath topless even though I knew it was ok as i had stayed here before. However when we asked the lady behind the snack bar she told us it was ok. That some people don't like it but there was no rule against it. Other than that I had no other issues and really enjoyed my stay.

Clean, exercice room (though a bit hot/stuffy), pool, A/C, breakfast (amazing options for a very small room :-) , easy at finding a free parking spot,

No water heater to make tea/coffee in room, no box of paper tissues in room, the feeling of entering a hindou temple with all the statues of hindou symbols and gods (not to my liking as a follower of Christ) Worse part was the noise coming from guests just below our room having drinks in the patio. Couldn’t sleep until 2.30am. Ask for a room on the backside of the hotel

Stayed there before we like the hotel. The room we had this time was very noisy.we were staying for a week, some only stay one two nights think need to look more who's staying longer lots of early morning flights people getting up. We stayed in 407. Before 120 ithink grass out back no one walking past door all hours in night. Other than that very good. Wont put me off staying again. Pool facilities good.

Clean room with balcony overlooking the sea, but a long way off. Walk to the bus stop about 5 minutes then 35 minute drive to town. (Only small denomination notes or coins accepted on the bus and on the return trip we had t o buy a ticket before we could board the bus - no cash or cards accepted) The shuttle back to the airport worked fine and was excellent

Shuttle pick up fell through, so we ended up taking a cab costing about £13 Wet weather so we spent our time in the city. quite a nice day but a shame we never got to the beach at all. T
