Nice spanish style apartment, balcony, nice garden together with other apartments, many international tv channels. Situation near beach, restaurants and a foodstore. There was warm water and heating. Cleaning ladies we polite and smiling and the linen and towels were chanced. Parking on the street was easy.

They did not answer my question before coming, reception was not open when it should be (gate was open but not the door). The oven had no grid, so food burned and the firealarm rang. We got the grid after complain. There were no wine glasses (no wine glasses in Spain!). Coffee machine did not work as it should, you had to wave it. Water pipes and walking, dog barking well heard from other apartments. These opinions, positive and negative, are written as we experience the apartment and services and we hope these help other paying customers, NOT written because the reception ask to rate 10/10.

The apartment was located in a nice development with a pretty territory and was overall good looking comparing to the other premises in the city. Checking experience was pretty simple since I checked in online prior to arrival. The apartment has been well equipped with heaters in each room, aircon in the living room and fully equipped kitchen! I think the only missing item on the kitchen was wine glasses, but you can use other glasses anyway, so not a big deal. The place also had a decent terrace available to use and a supermarket very nearby.

Once you check-in, you are given a bunch of keys: 1. Key from a gate 2. Key from the building. 3. Key from the security door to the apartment. 4. Key from the regular door to the apartment. 5. Key from the security shield to the terrace. (Could have missed something). After couple of days you get used to these key, but on the first day we struggled a lot on various doors and even had to ask for help from a cleaning lady. Also some of the aspects of the apartment require renovation which is especially noticeable if you try to use terrace. Mattress and pillows are made of memory foam. I don't consider it strictly a minus since there are many people who like them, but I am not one of them.

Great location. 3 min walk to beach and restaurants. Supermarket and bus 2 min away. Very comfortable beds .basic kitchen supplies. Very helpful and friendly staff.quiet location. Lift in property. Secure key access to grounds.

Kitchen could have small pots, only 2 very large .

Location is excellent, short walk to the beach, near a supermarket, room was spacious and clean. Staff were very nice. TV with lots of foreign channels including BBC and TF1 was a nice to have.

The pool closes in September, despite still being maintained and clean one cannot swim in it. That is the reason I rated 8, otherwise it would be a 10 for sure.

Location is excellent Very clean Quiet area, no disturbance and nice and private. Pablo on reception was helpful, even when my key stopped working on my last night I rang him up, he came within 20mins and then got another person to get me into the room.

Only one air conditioning unit in the lounge area, thus to stay cool in the bedroom you need to leave your door open.

Great location 2 mins from beach,bars and a supermarket also on the bus route between la mata and torrevieja marina 👍🏻 Perfect for an end of season bit of sun the room is nothing fancy and a bit dated but for the price it was well worth it and we would definitely return here for a budget trip

spotless, freshly painted apartment. Beds were comfortable and plenty of hangers in the wardrobe. Big balcony with sun all morning. Fully stocked kitchen had kettle, toaster as well as filter coffee maker. Welcome pack was great - 2l bottle of water, carton of milk, tea and coffee sachets with sugar and small biscuits plus a small pack of washing up liquid, cloths and detergent for washing machine. The apartment was spacious for 2 of us and quiet, but we went in March so there were very few other people there. The gardens are lovely and beautifully kept. All in all we had a great weekend there.

It was exceptionaly clean and very well equipped, maid service every day, lovely gardens and a nice quiet area. Only 5 minutes walk to the beach, bars and restaurants and the bus stop. Just around the corner you have the supermarket.

There was nothing to dislike, just perfect.

The location was very good as easy to reach the beach, shops and the town. Having stayed in other local apartments previously, I was exceptionally pleased with all aspects of what was offered.

I was happy with everything that was offered and will definitely be looking to stay again in the near future and would recommend it to friends and family.
