The place is good for its value, the room is clean and comfortable, and even has a fridge and AC. The shared space is all right, clean enough. Also, the location is good, you have 2 bakeries next to it, and 9th bus line to the city center, or just a bit below 99 to the beach.

They give you 3 keys and you feel like the keymaker from the Matrix. You can't drop your bags before check in, had to use the storage near the train station. Something happened in the shared bathroom, they have overengineered the pipes :D

- The room was clean and spacious, with most basic necessities included. - The beds were comfortable (but on the smaller side). - The location is pretty good, around 5 minutes away from a metro stration that gives you fast access to the city centre. - There are a couple of cafes and a supermarket right downstairs, as well as a couple of restaurants that we haven't really checked out. -The staff was friendly and accommodating.

- The rooms face towards the street and although it's usually quiet, it can get a bit noisy at times. -The hairdryer was very weak, so it was hard to dry our hairs. - Some cups and a kettle would have been great.

The apartment is a great value based on the price, location and the private bathroom. All offerings on booking.com with excellent prices did not have a private bathroom. València has an excellent public transport schedule and Habitaciones is close to several bus stops that can take you anywhere in the city in about 15-20 minutes. There are 3 pastry shops within 50 meters from the building. The room was cleaned well and the host gave us a lot of details about our stay and also instructions for self check-in. This is one of the best features of this place. Most properties in Valencia close their receptions at 20-22h, but there are many flights that arrive at night. The apartment has big terrace, so you can even chill and have some beers and sunbathe rooftop style.

I don’t have anything negative to say here, but I know all people are very different, so here’s a couple of things to consider if you are looking only for the best places. The room is well maintained, but still the furniture is a bit old in the room and in the bathroom. There is a stain from moisture on the wall which is on the back of the shower. This didn’t bother us, because there was no smell and it didn’t look like a hazard for a person’s health.

Excellent value for money, and the owner and the staff were very nice. They were very quick to help when there was a problem. Towels and toiletries were included which was nice. The location is a quiet residential area wiith grocers and cafes. Very accessible from centre by bus and metro.

I wish the people we shared the bathroom with were a bit cleaner. But this is always a gamble when sharing bathrooms. The first night we found a messy bathroom but the next three nights it was in a very good condition. The staff responded quickly when we asked for cleaning.

The accommodation was excellent, clean, chic with a large terrace. Not having an iron in the room, I asked them if they could bring one and they brought it to us without any problem, they helped us with any information we needed. It is close to the bus and metro stations, you have places to have breakfast in the morning right on the ground floor and several restaurants around. We liked it a lot and recommend it with confidence! The only recommendation I could make is to wear flip flops because the floor is only tiles and it's a little cold. Good luck in the future!

2 mats next to the bed and in the bathroom might need to be put and everything is perfect, because the tiles are cold but summer is surely a greater pleasure

Room was clean, had a nice balcony/terrace, AC was working great. Always had hot water, elevator working good, privacy, quiet. Had clothes hanger, fridge, desk and a fan. Towels and bed sheets/pillow covers were clean, bed was nice and comfy. Also we asked for a clothes iron and an umbrella and they borrowed them to us. Also got directions & suggestions on what to do and see. Thank you very much !

Could have a bit more things in the room - like a fork, knife, a plate or 2 cups.

The staff were very friendly, metro station was about 400m away or a bus also (even closer). The room was big enough and it was not noisy. We were very happy that we had a mini fridge in our room. You have caffes, shops, restaurants all around there.

Mostly everything was well, there was just one small unpleasant thing to mention that has happened. They were renovating something in a hall and in a bathroom and there was a small cable left that shook me when I put the hairdryer back in the place (it was near and I didn't see it). It is never too smart to leave electric cables hanging around.

The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable. Great location with lots of nearby options for food, coffee, snacks, and fruits. Friendly staff!

The WiFi internet in the room was working OK most of the time, but sometimes it would loose connection. We ended up buying a local SIM card for LTE internet and used it a couple of times when the room WiFi was having issues.

The accommodation did not provide food but it was very well located so we were able to get food downstairs and close by. Lots of shops and amenities within walking distance and public transport was easy to use. Host was prompt to respond and offer assistance

Broken toilet seat and would have liked an additional small table in the room but otherwise great.

It is very Spartan accommodation but a fantastic bargain for the price. I had a room at the back facing into the courtyard, which was superbly quiet. The room was large, with a very comfortable king size bed..The aircon was quiet and effective. The shared bathroom is well appointed, and no problem with it being used by others. I was really comfortable and the two cafes on each corner of the streets below have excellent coffee and even those delicious multi-grain croissants as well as a good range of baked goods and fresh juice.

I think a softer colour for the bedroom would make it feel less austere.
