Lovely apartment equipped with everything needed. A good mix of an airbnb with your own kitchen, coffee machine, oven, microwave and pretty much all that you need for a good stay and a hotel with a 24hr reception. The staff was lovely and very helpful, we had requested a room away from the main street which they kindly helped us with. As well as booking taxi to and from the hotel and being very responsive both through Booking and also on their WhatsApp phone number. The location is amazing: waking distance from the City of Arts and their Aquarium and museum of science. Bus 35 right across the street, taking you to the city center (you can also walk-it's only aprox 2km away). A few hundred meters away bus 95 and 99 taking you to the beach and other parts of the city. A nice chopping center a few hundred meters away (Center Saler) with a big Carrefour, restaurants, pharmacies etc. Good restaurant and good food in the hotel, though not big enough. The only "complaint" would be the thin walls which means you hear your neighbors at all times. A good place for families. Definitely reccomended and would return.

We had a great stay at Valenciaflats Ciudad de las Ciencias! The location is perfect - within easy walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets and major attractions like the City of Arts, Oceanographic and the exceptional park that was a great place to take a stroll or just hang out. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a smooth stay. The reception team was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making the experience even better. One item to note, we arrived by car and figuring out how to access the parking was tricky (its to the rear of the building in the courtyard - its best to park on either side of the building and run in and have reception explain how to access it). Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore Valencia on foot! *We also took a taxi to the Cathedral (about 8 euros each way)..highly recommend the guided tour and grab a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants in/around the plaza!

Very well-equipped apartment and the kitchen had all it needed. The apartment was spotless. The guys at the reception were very welcoming and helped us with all the information we needed and with coffee pods. The provided coffee was easy to make and good. The beds and pillows were comfortable and helped us have a good sleep.

It would have been nice to have the coffee pods available for the guests to take without the need to ask for them before every morning. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear noise from the neighbours.

Pablo the hotel manager was AMAZING. From the minute we arrived, he did everything he could to make our time at Valenciaflats was as good as possible. He truly exceeded our expectations in every way. He upgraded us to a lovely, spacious 2-bedroom apartment, and did so without us even having to ask. He was one of the most amazing hotel managers we have ever had the pleasure of meeting and I would recommend this property again.

The 1-bedroom we originally rented was a little too basic for us...but that was our fault, not yours. (Note: We spent a night at high end sister property Hotel Helen Berger and loved it.)

Truly amazing. Remarkable service. Super friendly receptionist Paul (I hope I didn't forget his name; it was a young man in glasses). He helped a lot with many things: He showed us where the parking entrance is and found a perfect spot for our big SUV car. He also showed us on a map all the attractions nearby and local specials. Room: There is a lot of space for two adults and two kids. Everything you need is there. The perfect location is within walking distance of all the main attractions, and there is a small shop across the street.

There is a restaurant on the ground floor. Very lovely one, but do not order to your room. They will bring your order in paper boxes—even a soup. The box with soup was covered with plastic, though. It doesn't look good. On the other hand, you can put your food on the variety of plates at your room kitchen :)

The apartment was good and clean—classic style, nothing particularly remarkable, but also nothing to complain about, especially for a one-night stay. The reception staff were nice and helpful. Finding the parking on our own was a bit of a challenge at first, but one of the receptionists kindly came out to guide us. The entrance to the underground parking is immediately to the right of the building but located at the back, opposite the reception. The parking itself is very good, with an elevator that takes you directly to the rooms and reception. There’s also a good restaurant on-site, which was convenient. The location is great—close to Ciudad de las Ciencias and Oceanogràfic, with a bus stop right in front that takes you to the old city in about 20–30 minutes.

Location was great. Right next to Cuidad de las Ciencias and a shopping wall. Not too many restaurants around though. Staff was AMAZING! We were greeted by Eduardo upon check in. He gave us many recommendations and was very freindly. Sara was at the front desk the following night and again we were given excellent recommendations for dinner and sites. Breakfast was good, not a huge variety but hot and fresh. The wait staff was always friendly and attentive.

Apartments are very dated. Our door looked like it had been kicked in and there was a large gap between the door and frame. Cleaning staff came once durin our 5 night stay.

I recently stayed at a fantastic apart-hotel in Valencia and couldn't be happier with my experience. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day right. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always accommodating our kids with warm smiles and helpfulness. The location was ideal, with direct bus lines to all major attractions, making it easy to explore the city within 20 minutes. Plus, the beautiful Túria Gardens were just a short 2-minute walk away, perfect for family strolls. Overall, a wonderful stay that I highly recommend for families visiting Valencia!

Without doubt the best about this place are the people working at the reception. They are all so nice, friendly, very welcoming and helpful. The apartment has everything for long and short stays and its very comfortable. Location is perfect, especially for families travelling with kids (lots of entertainment in walking distance). + there is plenty of toys for kids at the reception to borrow.

I didnt know the apartment are cleaned once in 3 days so we had a bit of a situation but very nice girl from the reception helped me late at night. Thank you :)
