Excellent location, really lovely helpful staff, very clean and tidy room. Ready to help us with anything we needed. Would highly recommend this lovely hotel and Valladolid is a beautiful town ! Right outside is a wonderful square with gorgeous cafes for breakfast or snacks . Santagloria. The bar in the hotel is also perfect for a quick drink or snack on way out for the evening . Staff so wonderful and friendly !!

Would have liked tea/coffee making in room for the early morning starts

Great location – within walking distance of sights, restaurants, and stores. We had a comfortable family room (two connecting rooms), and everyone had plenty of space. The rooms were clean (except under the beds) and the bathroom was large and clean.

It was impossible to adjust the air conditioner for individual needs due to the centralized setup. In one of the two rooms, it wasn't working, and suggestions from the reception didn't help at all. Luckily, it wasn't too hot, so we could tolerate it. The rooms had unusual beds – instead of a large bed, there were two separate single beds pushed together. However, they were on wheels that we couldn't lock, so the beds rolled apart during the night (this was the setup in both rooms). There was some construction work happening in front of our windows, starting every morning at 8 a.m., which disturbed our mornings.

The hotel is new and very clean. The position is perfect, between the AVE railway station and Plaza Mayor. You can visit the town and the nearest towns with train and going on foot. The local food is fantastic. The staff is always smiling. They are very attentive to the environment, I really appreciate the nice&kind advices to save water and energy

Nothing! The only thing that I would add is a little elecric infusion kettle in the rooms, when someones wake up too early or to late for the breakfast.

The location is brilliant with it being right in the middle of the city. The hotel was super clean and housekeeping was in and out of the room within 10 minutes everyday. The staff were very friendly and willing to answer any question we asked.

The bed was a bit hard for my liking but personal preference and there was no kettle in the room. There was no iron in the room so had to request one from reception. One problem we did encounter was either all lights had to be on or off including the bed side lights a bit inconvenient when you needed to get up in the middle of the night. Not a big fan of the all red theme but again personal preference.

Excellent location. This was our second stay at the hotel. It is in an excellent central location and perfect for a city visit. We tend not to spend much time in our rooms, but they were clean, well maintained and perfectly adequate for our stay. Access from the car park to the main hotel was easy by way of a lift direct from the underground car park.

Over all the hotel is excellent. Finding parking in the city isn't easy and the underground parking bays are quite small. If you are arriving in a large vehicle, you may find that manoeuvring in the underground parking area is tricky.

The room was very nice, good size and clean. The breakfast was great and varied. Our favorite was the fresh orange juice. The staff was friendly and the room was very quiet. Very good location with a lot of restaurants and cafés nearby.

The bed was too bouncy for two and we weren't fans of the long pillows. We made some inquiries before our stay and the staff replied with minimum effort after the second try and did not provide information about the other services in the city that we asked about and which could have solved our needs.

Tricky to find. You will approach on a one way street satnav tried to make me turn right to front of hotel which is pedestrian only. So, carry on for 50 yds to traffic lights and turn right (says no entry but allowed for access to hotel) into road called Calle de Montero Calvo. Hotel and access to underground car park 80 yds on right. This will definitely help you👍

Hotel is close to the centre and in very walkable distance. We had the family rooms, found both to be very clean and beds comfortable. You do need to drive through a pedestrian street to get to the hotel and car park and to park the car you need to get the car into a car lift . Depending on the time of day , it can be tricky to reverse in and out with people walking behind you. Once in, it’s easy to park and get the lift to reception. The staff speak enough English to communicate and are very friendly.

Nothing, great place for an overnight stay.

The hotel is in a great location for visiting Valladolid, within easy walking distance of most major attractions, and beside a major bus interchange, allowing you to reach the remainder. Our room was comfortable and spacious, and reasonably well lit. There was surprisingly little noise heard in the room form the lively market below, in the plaza.

The shower head in the bathrooom is probably the most stingy we have ever encountered, anywhere - measuring barely 2.5 x 1 centimetre. Truly - this marred our stay sufficiently that we considered marking the entire hotel down in giving a rating, and we will not return until this is remedied. Management : for a €10 upgrade to the shower you could have got a 10!

The hotel was in the centre, staff were very friendly. The only thing which we were a little disappointed with wss no drink making facilities in the room. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the kids really enjoyed our stay here.

Car park is accessible by a lift and it is not very suitable for big cars. We managed it in our range rover but is was tight.
