Good location with Cathedral immediately behind, underground parking, and several bars close by. Plaza Mayor and main shopping area are about a 10-15min walk away. Room quite small with tiny balcony and window area that is not really usable but does lend extra space. Decent sized bathroom, and all very clean. Hot drinks machine located in Reception area. Extremely helpful staff and special thanks to lovely Palma.

1. Aircon does not go below 19degs, so we found room a bit warm; 2. Bars at end of street serve only drinks and tapas - NO meals!

A little gem of a hotel. Great reception staff and they gave us good information about the city.Not sure about the 4star rating though? Overall a nice place to stay, close to the central area of the city and its peaceful, shady park. A bit of a walk downtown to El Corte Ingles but not too far if you want to get some steps in. An enjoyable stay.

Most restaurants uphold traditional late opening in the evening.

We loved this hotel! The staff were very friendly, and the kitchen manager was incredibly cheery! The breakfast was excellent. The room was large and very clean. Recently refurbished bathroom was spacious and clean. With a great shower. The room was lovely and cool on arrival, on a hot day. The location was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel hit all of our requirements. Literally right next to the cathedral so location spot on. One of the best receptionists we have dealt with - she was friendly and professional and provided assistance re the hotel parking plus lots of other info. Rooms were clean. We have no complaints at all. Brill hotel!!!!!

Valladolid is an eye opener ! Very nice city.The hotel is centrally located , very near to the Cathedral. We had a room at the front, with a lovely large opening window. The breakfast is excellent, lots of choice of hot and cold food. We paid for parking which was easily accessible from the hotel.

We had difficulty locating the hotel as it is on a pedestrian street... Once we received the email informing us that we could drive directly to the entrance it was easy....

Unbeatable location. The staff’s attitude and support were excellent. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The shower is large and spotless. There is no noise, which ensures a good rest. Breakfast is acceptable considering the price.

Location was awesome you can walk everywhere. The cathedral is so close. There are great selection of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel staff were superb very helpful and knowledgeable.

The place was beautiful, quiet, and in an outstanding location. The concierge gave my kids chocolates when we checked out. Everything worked fine in the room. Will stay again.

Amazing hotel with friendly extremely helpful staff. Fabulous breakfasts with a great choice every day. Lovely clean rooms in a fantastic location for getting around Valladolid.
