Stylish and comfortable with very helpful staff on reception, and a very good breakfast

The room heat was set centrally and even when turned off left the room stuffy. There was a window to open but in mid-winter that makes it too cold quite quickly

The hotel was excellent. Our room was very spacious and clean. The staff at reception were very helpful — they explained what to see and where to go in the city. On the day of check-out, we were able to leave our luggage in the storage room, which was very convenient. I spoke with the reception team in both English and Spanish — communication was smooth. The location is also fantastic: very close to the train station and main attractions. We hadn't originally booked breakfast, but decided to try it and overall it was okay. You can either pay €15 or order à la carte. I wouldn't say the €15 buffet was particularly varied, but it was decent.

The air conditioning is set to 23°C and blows directly onto the bed, which was uncomfortable during the night. It wasn’t possible to adjust the temperature, so we ended up turning it off while sleeping.

The room was spacious and was very clean. The bathroom has dual sinks making it perfect for couples. The location is central, within walking distance to anything you need. The cleaners did an excellent job making it look brand new every day we wanted cleaning service.

The lift system was a bit strange. I’ve never seen a lift that has to be opened by reception on the ground floor. So instead you have to walk down past the lobby then get in the lift on a lower level. It wasn’t a big deal, just not used to it. The mini fridge is exactly that - mini. It would be great to see some basic kitchen facilities in the room since we were there for a longer stay. Kettle/tea/coffee/larger fridge for water bottles, they would’ve been helpful instead of such a large cupboard space.

The location of the hotel was just perfect for anyone who is limited on time and yet wants a quality experience. The breakfast and the staff were top quality. It was the first time we had used an elevator system for parking and everything worked perfectly! A great experience!

Perhaps it would have been more convenient to have been able to extend the room to a late departure. However the staff did offer to look after our luggage, knowing that we would return after the check-out time of 11:30

Very friendly reception and eager to share interesting details of the city including the better restaurants. Breakfast is served by bringing the complete package to your table. You can extend by special orderings (included). The room is very clean.

Parking the car is somewhat annoying: you cannot park in front of the hotel (therefor you miss the impressive entrance), instead there is a covered hotelparking which has a quite narrow lift to bring your car downstairs. You get up via inside staircase. The entrance of the parking is just around the corner which fore this reason can easily be missed. Subsequently you need to make a detour to get back at the right exit.

Amazing beautiful hotel. What a discovery in the centre of Valladolid. Stylish, modern, luxury, only great things to say. A big garage with elevators for the car. Breakfast just the way it has to be. Sieved at the table, no ordinary buffet 😀😀😀

As a claustrophobic person I was stressed to go with my car in the elevator to the garage. Finally my partner when down alone. To leave I drove it and it wasn’t that bad.

This is a beautifully presented hotel, in a prime location. Had ample parking and checking in was fast. The rooms are extremely spacious and very nicely appointed.

A very unfriendly welcome by a chap. Did not give a good impression and certainly did not live up to the standard of the hotel. The air conditioning is hopeless, thankfully there were great opening windows. I complained about the air con and an equally rude maintenance man came and did absolutely nothing to solve the problem.

This felt like a luxury stay for us. The receptionist was really welcoming and very helpful in advising us what to do and where to go during our short stay. Room was spacious. Location was ideal to explore the park and the old town. Breakfast was great, not a buffet but waitress served. Parking was interesting. Limited but luckily we were able to have a space.

We have stayed here before so knew what to expect - the hotel is in a one-way system and the entrance to the parking garage is round the corner and then into a lift to the basement levels, where space is quite tight. The receptionist was wonderful and our room was elegant, clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and an excellent bathroom.

The dining area is small and the bar lacks atmosphere. We were the only diners that night, but the food was excellent. Breakfast didn't suit us very well, lacking fresh fruits etc.

The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of the town and offers various options for dinning and leisure. The hotel itself is small and cozy but has everything you need. The staff helped us a lot during our stay and the room was big, comfy and clean, with a great king sized bed. We didn't try the breakfast, but the bar facilities looked great.

There were a few things that kept us from giving a 10. One, you have to go down the stairs and through the reception every time you enter, to get to the stairs or elevator, this is a pain sometimes... as you can exit through the ground floor without issues. The room doesn't have a lot of natural light and always feels a little bit gloomy. They kept changing the wifi's password and had several issues because I stayed there just to work from the hotel.
