We had a deluxe suite. The room was a good size, reasonably well furnished, with comfortable beds. The bathroom (shower only) was excellent. And the kitchen was very well-equipped from the electrical point of view (hob, microwave, fridge freezer, etc)

Evidently the management have never tried to use one of these rooms. For example, the marketing says "Kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, microwave oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, minibar, coffee maker, toaster and all the necessary utensils to enjoy your stay." Well, there was no sharp knife, no cutting board, no corkscrew, no wine glasses, no dishcloth, no washing-up liquid and so on. Then, there was nice table at which to eat, but only one chair.

Good space with parking and room was comfortable with fridge etc.

The website was more expense than booking.com. Access to parking was complicated as we were not advised that many access roads to hotel had been closed so we had to ask a local (the hotel could have advised us). We had to circle several times For a short stay I would recommend adding washing up liquid and at least a tablet for the dishwasher to save having to buy a new whole packet. The frying a was dirty and we had to use shower soap to wash it (also no 🧽 scrubber). Attention to details like this make the place worthy of a perfect score.

Excellent location, very close to the center of Valladolid. Staff was kind enough to suggest places to visit around the city. Although it was festival season, rooms were exceptionally quiet and comfortable to sleep in.

There were not a lot of options in breakfast, at least there could have been some eggs at least. Also the hotel is not suitable for smokers, it is not allowed to smoke in hotel grounds (not necessarily a bad thing).

The room was large and comfortable. Hotel location is great, very close to the Cathedral and all the sites.

I booked the Premium Apartment because of the kitchenette. There was a coffee machine but there were no filters or coffee supplied or tea bags or sugar. There was no electric kettle either. We could have cooked a meal or snacks, but there was no washing up detergent, dish sponge or tea towel provided. Breakfast was pretty ordinary and not much choice which was quite disappointing for a 4 star hotel

We booked a junior suite which was extremely spacious and very well equipped. There was a kitchenette which was handy. The 2 balconies overlooked an ancient church with a more distant view of the cathedral. There was plenty to do in the immediate vicinity and it was only a five minute walk to the town centre. Parking on site was fine and the staff excellent. It was not super cheap but was well worth the money.

It was a bit soulless.

Very central location, I could see the church of Santa María de la Antigua from my room. The Premium Suite is fairly large and well equipped, with a nice shower, a small kitchen and a sofa. The parking is spot on, entering from a street level car elevator and having direct access to the rooms elevator is very nice. Staff speaks very good english and is very kind and helpful.

Although the room is nice and all, it starts to feel a bit dated. I really hated not having the usual amenities, I didn't expect that, especially from a 4* hotel. Beds could be better.

The hotel is in a great location to see the places of interest in Valladolid. The room was very nice, spacious and clean. I missed a couple of things, for example, there was no body lotion in the bathroom and for a 4 stars hotel it would be nice to have a complimentary bottle of water. Other than that, I was very pleased with my stay.

Apartment had a great view over the cathedral and surrounding area and the windows opened allowing one to experience the atmosphere. Expensive paid parking was very secure and accessed from another street via a car lift.

The kitchenette was barely equipped - not even a wine glass and just about enough utensils for breakfast. The extractor hood was broken which we noticed on the one occasion we wanted to cook some ravioli. They had some wines connected to the hotel which could have been available for tasting, not just purchase. A dishwasher was in the apartment but when I enquired about powder, I was told to hand-wash in the sink with the soap from the bathroom dispenser. No tea-towels for drying up and a trip to carry soap from the bathroom which was not satisfactory. Also, there was virtually no soap in either the shower or bathroom squeeze bottles.

It was in a good position , clean great sized room , if you were staying longer the kitchenette was a great addition

A microwave would have been a great addition to the kitchenette and it could do with double glazed windows. As it was a little noisy

Fantastic suite in a brilliant location. Very spacious, clean, comfortable and well furnished and equipped. Excellent value for money. We have had five stays in Valladolid in the last few years and have been disappointed by the standard of the hotels we have used but not any longer. This will be our regular hotel whenever we visit this lovely city.

Locating a smoke detector that flashes a bright red light every nine seconds directly over your pillow is a design flaw that needs to be addressed as a matter of urgency. Take a sleeping mask with you if you want to get some sleep. The underground car parking, accessed via a car lift, is very convenient and secure but, at €19.50 is overpriced.
