Easy to get to with plenty of restaurants in the immediate area. I needed an early breakfast because I had to leave at 08:00 at the latest. When I arrived at the breakfast room at 07:20, I was allowed in (10 minutes early for a Saturday) and was able to leave the hotel at 07:50 having eaten a substantial breakfast! Brilliant and Thank you!

Unfortunately, there was a private function in the bar. I appreciate the need for these events as revenue generators but it would be nice if a small area in reception could be set aside for residents to have drinks served whilst the bar is being used for others.

Everything! It was near the main attractions, was easy to find because it was near the tall cathedral Tower, and my room was exceptional. It had three skylights that you could open and close and you could see the Tower of the cathedral. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and great toiletries. I even loved the robe and slippers provided for my comfort. The staff was wonderful. The front desk staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The staff attending the breakfast buffet were very accommodating, sweet and helpful to my vegetarian needs. The servers we're also friendly, attentive, and wonderful.

No microwave, but the cooks were always more than willing to warm up my vegetarian finds. It was great sitting in the dining room or outside in the garden, eating my warmed up vegetarian food and just ordering 0.0% Estrella Tostada beers to go with it!

Nice spacious room, comfortable and well presented. Helpful staff on check-in and departure, room was ready on time and I was able to store a suitcase on departure. Enjoyed the complementary chocolate, water and espresso available in room. Mini-bar reasonably priced compared with other hotels.

The room was air-conditioned but the weather was very hot and it didn't seem possible to adjust the settings to cool the room a bit more (although I didn't check with the reception). The room and bathroom were generally very clean, but would have benefitted from a bit more attention to detail.

Stylish design and furnishings. Ideal location, central and within walking distance of all the main sights. Excellent breakfast, including for a celiac / non gluten guest. Very efficient and pleasant staff everywhere.

Only fault, and our mistake, was in booking a room with no sideways windows and views, just a couple of (admittedly large) skylights. The room was very large and comfortable otherwise, and when we return (we will!) we will make sure to book a room with windows overlooking the university square.

excellent breakfast selection; everything was fresh; plates were cleared away quickly; quiet breakfast room as the sound on the TV was turned off. Lovely courtyard lounge; instant and professional service when we arrived; front desk helped get a taxi to the train station; no problem holding luggage; everyone spoke excellent English; loved the room facing the plaza with the big open doors; when we arrived the room was 26 degrees and the staff immediately were working on making it more comfortable - it was not the fault of the hotel, it was early spring weather. The hotel was quiet - great for sleeping

there could have been an offer for a selection of pillows, e.g. feather. The pillows were harder than we would have liked. There could be more shelves in the bathroom for toiletries and a soap dish.

Location as a transit hotel from The Algarve to Santander is perfect being about 8 hours from The Central Algarve (via Seville to avoid tolls) and about 2hours 30 minutes from Santander Ferry Port. There was some noise at about 1am but I do not know whether it was inside or outside the hotel but it only lasted about 10 minutes. The breakfast was very good and no limits seemed to be set.

Some of the staff, especially the barman, could do with getting some basic English phrases - especially things like "beer", "white wine" etc. as opposed to the receptionists who spoke almost perfect English.

The hotel has excellent, friendly, but professional staff. We had a spacious room with electrically opening roof windows. The garage was easily accessible and comfortable, with direct access to the reception by lift. There is a nice cafeteria with a patio serving excellent small dishes. The centre is within walking distance. Valladolid is a special city; we will definitely come back.

Love love love love loveeeeeed my stay! You wont regret staying here - i read heaps of comments and just so you know there are 2 floors with balconies the top floor has small windows but large slanted roof with bright skylights and nice rooms as well so depends what you want - the rooms are nice modern so clean and relaxed and the property itslef is beautifully created utilising the old facade of the previous property and the location is smack bang right next to the cathedral!

The personnel at the hotel was of great help, especially when we arrived to the hotel and could not figure out how to park! The hotel is located in the center which is a maze to drive. The waiters and. waitresses were friendly and accomodating at the café.

Nothing about the hotel displeased us- everyone was kind- the location is extraordinary- walking distance to about everything interesting to visit, but driving in downtown Valladolid is a challenge!

The location, Paula the guest relations manager helped us to book taxis to go to a winery, we did a pre check-in before arrival so everything was super smooth when we got there, rooms super clean, breakfast was delicious.

Because it’s spring air-con wasn’t available so you need to sleep with the windows open.
