Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The hotel is located next to the supermarket and shopping center,not far from the bus station. Staff in general were friendly.

The place itself was very good , except my cousin, his wife, and their children arrived in the morning, a few hours before the celebration, and had to return the same day, so they didn't reserve a room. They weren't allowed to change clothes in any of the six rooms we had because they weren't registered at the hotel. It would have been appreciated. Despite this, I highly recommend it and would repeat it.

Receptionist was very professional and helpful - a smooth check-in. The room was very large and set out like an apartment. with a lounge and separate bedroom and bathroom. Bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet with no road noise as the windows were double glazed. Bathroom was large very clean with nice toiletries. Breakfast was included very well stocked with everything you could wish for and the staff kept it replenished regularly and it was very tasty. Can't fault this hotel it will be our go to hotel when travelling to southern Spain thank you.

Nothing all was perfect

We were given an apartment with a lounge/kitchen, bedroom and bathroom ie 3 rooms. The kitchen/lounge had a microwave and basic cutlery and crockery as well as a fridge. No washing up liquid so we had to leave dirty plates (we would have washed them and put them away if we had wash up). There was a small dining table and a nice lounge with sofa and TV PLUS there was a small "doggy bed" and a doggy treats pack ! (Really nice touch even if the bed is for a small dog and we have a large dog) Comfortable sofa, nice decor and nice TV. Bedroom was nice too also with TV and comfortable large bed--2 adults and a large dog (on his own throw at the foot of the bed). Ensuite bathroom with all usual fittings plus "guest packs" of hair comb, shower cap, tooth brushes. Car parking right outside the hotel.

Only two minor comments---shower over bath need to step into (for oldies and infirm it can be daunting) but the shower was good and powerful. I dont think there was any tea/coffee facilities in the room but not sure- we arrived latish and left early but would have like to have spent more time there ---its a really nice hotel and close to the city centre. No restaurant in hotel.

The bed was spacious and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was perfect. The private outdoor parking facility was great and free . The hotel had free coffee and teas available from the main lobby sitting area.

The private outdoor carpark access through a barrier with intercom/buzzer was problematic especially on the morning we left the hotel. The intercom seemed to be blocked and making a continuous noise, no car seemed to be able to drive out of the parking and we had to reverse and use a secondary exit on the opposite side.

because I'm so much but is a place I will prefer to be over and over, the quietness and the connection to the natural like the raining a car running you are getting the voice but sounds very far makes you know that I am in the center of the city with the view of the town and the same time you can just fell down in your bed you will feel that you are in another I can't explain it you know but the bottom line of it is it gives you the sense of connecting to realization in my opinion maybe someone is myself different but for me I love that place I love that facility I enjoyed my room

the bed should be seriously taking care of I spend most of my time there tonight for the first time I can't believe the noise from the bed no I just sat down on the bed and there was like what is happening here I make it a request for that to be changed but yes it was touched cuz when I came back I couldn't get that feeling or that noise as it is before but it's still there but from that can't complain because I will be saying something that is not in existence or something I didn't see

Upgraded to suite for little additional cost room ok but decor slightly damaged but acceptable. Breakfast great and staff good at check in.

Location isn't perfect for the centre but we knew that beforehand it's just a pointer for anyone visiting. Despite previous check in on line the check in process still took a long time. A little noisy from the street at night despite being at the rear of the hotel. Our friends in a front suite did not sleep due to the constant vehicular noise.

Great hotel. Booked online about ten minutes before arriving. Wasn't given the room I booked because staff was checking someone in at the reception and gave them my room before the reservation went through. There was no problem, they gave me another room equal or even better to the one I booked for the same price. Staff was amazing. Room was for people with disability (which was fine with me) and had an accessible bathroom stall that proved rather uncomfortable to shower in, but no big deal. Beds were great. Had smart tv, so I could connect my phone to it and watch my series. The hotel has a shopping mall nearby, so for someone that wants to grab a quick bite at the foodcourt, it is fantastic.

Black out curtain didn't totally close, so the room was a little brighter in the morning that I would have liked. No big deal.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The receptionist gave us lots of helpful information on arrival and pointed out some good things to do during our stay as well as providing all the usual necessary information about the stay. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great- we particularly liked the fresh orange juice machine! it was also really useful to be able to park our hire car at the hotel for the duration, as we found we didn't need it to get around during our stay. We also liked the free coffee machine!

There wasn't really anything. The hotel was exactly what we were expecting.

We had a very good experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel very welcome. The hotel is well-located with good amenities, but the room's cleanliness could be improved, and some of the furniture is in need of updating. Despite these issues, it was an enjoyable stay overall, and I would recommend it to others visiting Vitoria. Parking is very easy.

Lack of cleanliness

Perfect-sized studio for two people: we had stayed in the twin bed option. Room: Beds were firm and comfortable. Kitchen was well sized, with a small induction plate for cooking, a microwave and a mini fridge. Location: Great location next to the huge shopping mall/center and a 17-20 minute walk to the center. Staff: Very helpful and friendly

The room was obviously well used (scratches on the floor, for example) and a tiny bit dusty. Not enough body wash or shampoo. Otherwise, fine.
