Almost everything great. Breakfast, cleanliness, room facilities - everything.

Two very minor points - 1. both our rooms looked over the rear and fairly ugly back yards of several commercial properties and the hotel itself. However, we were only there for one night, so not a problem. 2. The air conditioning in one room was barely functioning. However, most hotels these days seem to have 'troubles' (meaning, I presume, that they're trying to reduce running costs) with aircon - so I sort of half-expect it.

Location was excellent, so close to many of the places of interest, but in a pretty quiet side street.

Parking was quite expensive and a 5 min walk (not to much of a problem!)

It was a great room with lots of natural light and a modern bathroom. Very clean and neat. The staff were all very nice and everything was exactly as it was advertised. The hotel was only a couple of minutes walk from the famous basilica and right opposite a small grocery store. It was next to a very nice and lively street with lots of shops. We were very happy with our stay and would return if we come back to Zaragoza.

There was some construction on the street which was a bit inconvenient but not noisy. There was a bit of street noise from the people in the main area and bar opposite the hotel but the windows completely blocked out the noise.

The hotel is in the center of Zaragoza, close to the cathedral and to all places of interest. Our room was great with a comfortable bed, a fridge and a place to hang the clothes. The room is air conditioned which is important in the summer. The bathroom was spacious with a big shower and a nice decoration. There were also two small balconies overlooking the street. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Everything was really great, but if to say something, a coffee machine / small coffee and tea kit would be nice.

Very centrally located. It was semana santa when I was there and the street where the hotel is located is one of the main streets the parade was passing. It is so convenient, and I feel very lucky to have experienced this unique tradition.

Nothing. It was a very good value for money. My room was located on the upper floor away from the street and had a view of the domes of Cathedral del Pilar

Fantastic location, turn corner from hotel to be wowed by the most beautiful Cathedral view, literally a 1-2 minute walk from all the central sights. Large room, spotlessly clean, very quiet (we were right next to lift yet didn’t hear a sound) and great value for money.

Unfortunately road in front was closed for roadworks at time of our stay which meant taxi couldn’t get us right to hotel. Not the hotels fault obviously and only a couple mins walk to get from the road but worth knowing if you have heavy luggage.

Coolest bathroom floor

The most important to comment is that the location is absolutely perfect! Very close to the Cathedral, El tube for tapas. We did practically everything by foot, even the palacio de la aljaferia, 20min walking. The room was clean, had a sweet little balcony. Bed was ok. Nice people at the front desk.

The air conditioning was not working, but since was a cool weather, no need for that. Everything else was very nice, nice bathroom, and good bed cloth.

Hotel is very well placed, in the heart of the city. Room was clean and receptionist pleasant. We made check-in for our flight back and we send a copy of our flight tickets to hotel email address asking to print them. In less than 15 minutes the receptionist came with the printed documents (I was just preparing to go to reception for this matter). Small gesture, but I appreciated this. Many thanks.

The sleeping pillows were not very comfortable, but it is a problem I often encounter in hotels.

Very well renovated, comfortable and clean. Check-in was very smooth and we were allowed to access our room earlier than expected, that was very nice. Right beside the cathedral in Zaragoza, plenty of restaurants options around the hotel.

Noisy drunk people at a small bar across the hotel. The room was well isolated though! We could sleep even though you could hear those people in the background. Probably because we got a room in the third floor.
