The staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, & professional. The hotel was modern, clean, & located near the Gator Watch Walkway. We (all 19 of us) enjoyed the breakfast because there was a good variety. The rooms were quiet & beds comfortable. It was like coming home, when I walked in I said Aaaahh!

Our rooms were on the front of the building and because the parking lot was well lit, there was a lot of light shining in around the edges of the blackout shades. Several of us woke during the night thinking it was daylight. If the curtains pulled over the shades that would help.

It was a late minute stop on our vacation, and it was by far the best hotel we stayed at on our vacation. Very friendly staff and very clean. The hot breakfast was good. Would definitely stay there again.

There was nothing I did not like. I tried to think of something, just to leave some feedback, but could not. It was a great experience. I asked my family that I was traveling with and they had nothing negative to say.

Location was great! We checked in late in the evening, so when we got to our room, for some reason our room had no water. We were quickly moved across the hall to a room and all was good! They were quick to help us out!

We don’t exactly like small pillows for a king size bed, but we dealt with it. Next time we will bring our own pillows as a standby

Breakfast was great. Staff was extremely competent and helpful. Excellent location. Amanda was extremely helpful in handling registration problem. She is a great asset to the hotel.

Hotel is being remodeled but it is being handled and scheduled to avoid problems for guests. I

We were greeted by the friendly staff the moment we walked in. Each area, from the lobby to our room was in outstanding condition. There is a construction project ongoing, but no mess or noise associated with it. The lady who helped us check out was especially kind to my special needs daughter. Our room was so nice and the breakfast very enjoyable. The staff really makes the difference here. Housekeeping, maintenance, and everyone seemed happy to be there and more than willing to chat with guests.

Comfortable bed, spacious room with microwave and refrigerator. The pool area was closed for construction but we were only there overnight and did not intend to use the pool. Breakfast was the usual sausage and scrambled eggs. The staff was more the accommodating.

The scrambled eggs would be better prepared in a pan on a stove instead of the microwave but I understand some local regulations prevent that.

The room was really very roomy :) with the coach, big desk. Cannot don't tell you about an exceptionally comfortable bed. The mattress is really good. There was some noise from the close traffic, though. The room was quiet, we didn't hear the neighbors at all. Despite the going remodeling of the hotel, it didn't bother us. The work was in another wing of the building and the pool area.

Actually, beyond the traffic noise, there were no complaints. But we expected it since the chosen hotel was located close to the major highway I-10.

The convenience of the location, perfect for taking the interstate and get where you need or go to the insides of Daphne. The staff was also very helpful and attentive in general. I think the amenities overall are just OK

I thought, maybe it was my mistake that rooms would be clean, but they were not during the 6 days I spend there. Nothing wrong maybe is under the policy of the hotel that rooms are cleaned only when customers leave, but I found it weird... A little bit dark the room I've got...
