Location .

I see that they are renovating the property but the grounds could use some cleaning as well. The room was decent but was stuck under the stairs which was dark. If not leaving bar soap should have liquid soap dispenser full. Might try this place again on next trip in 5-6 months to see the renovations.

The location is good, but the treatment is what is always excellent here. I have stayed here at least 3 years in a row.

There are a few minor details that could be addressed like the a rust stain in the tub and/or loud refrigerator.

The staff was very nice and helpful. I need to change the date of my booking due to some unexpected events and they were very happy to help and change the data for us with no charge even it is last minutes. Affordable and clean as well!

The location might be sketchy outside but the inside is spotless. I think it will be great if you have your own car or call a taxi instead of walking. You could hear some car drove by at night because it's right next to the main streeet but overall it was great!

Very easy to go to. Close to everything you need to do in Hollywood (universal studios, Hollywood sign, Griffith Observatory, Hollywood boulevard). Walking distance to supermarket, pharmacy and cafes/restaurants. Parking lot big enough for everyone!!

Ventilation inside the room could be improved. The windows open on the parking lot so you can’t really open it for fresh air if you don’t want people to see you. Sinks for bath and sink could be replaced. They’re wobbly

The moment I checked in. I felt a huge welcoming from the staff and management at the property. The rooms were very clean beyond my expectations. I will definitely return to this hotel for my son’s next appointment at the Los Angeles Children’s Hospital.

The neighborhood beyond the hotel property is a bit rough. However the staff and management will ensure that there are no loiterers or trespassers on property.

we like value. this holiday weekend we found a clean, easily accessible place with friendly staff. and the price was best in town. we also liked having microwave and fridge. parking is tight. neighborhood a bit dodgy, but you feel protected.

a little more parking would be nice and don't remodel too much which will lose some of the comfort feel.

I loved the friendliness of the staff, the room was 219 room was huge! Two queen beds, a mini fridge, microwave, sheets were spotless, bed was comfortable, room had its own hairdryer, iron and great ironing board in the room as well. I was surprised the room was enormous, tv channels were good! Walls were clean, parking is free, provided extra towels already ready in the room.

Everything looked brand new! I loved everything!

Great location. Property was well maintained and the room was cleaned after the first night. A service you don’t normally get in a motel. Staff were nice and helpful. Plenty of parking on site

Only issue we had was the internet wasn’t the best and kept logging out.

It is good value for money, the staff were friendly and the location is great. It is within walking distance to the metro. I was very happy staying there.

The swimming pool was a bit dirty, they need to keep it clean. They should offer breakfast, at least basic tea, coffee and toast.

Location is great. Stuff is very helpful. According to previous comments I suspected a lot of homeless people around, but was positively surprised. There are single homeless people nearby, but on the hotel property there is none. Also, stuff takes care of it if somebody wants to enter. Good value for the money you pay.

Sometimes there is quite noisy, because of other guests and thin walls. I recommend taking some ear plugs for sleeping.
