Breakfast was very good, the variety of choices.

The orange juice had an odd color and tasted funny. I only drank a sip. And there was a small water bug (coach roach) in the room. I didn't like booking my stay through the computer. This is the first time I could not call the hotel directly and make reservations. In past years it was so much easier calling.

Create a smoking area away from the rooms . While the other guests were not smoking in there rooms they were smoking in front there doors and I wafted in to the room

The room was big and great. The facilities were great.

There were cockroaches in the room. A very large one in the restroom and a dead one in the closet. There may have been more as the kids were the ones that found it as they were playing in the room with their toys.

The breakfast met my expectations with items I anticipated: selections of fruit, waffle-maker, yogurts, instant grits... The fresh coffee was robust; not weak.

The Fitness Room. The few machines and weights seem neglected.

Property is dated shower walls had mold tub stained and with a chip in it did not have a slip proof bottom

Staff was great. Was skeptic at first after reading reviews. But none i read were true that i coukd see. Nice motel. And would stay here again

My reservation was Monday-Friday. Checked out on Thursday around 3:30/3:45pm not sure why I don't qualify for some type of refund since I left a day early.

Staff was very helpful Rooms were very clean and the bed's we're very comfortable.

They're were nothing I didn't like other then the cat's outside.

Everything listed above! Plus, the staff was alert, helpful, polite. Security and covid19 precautions were visible. Continental Breakfast (due to covid19---Otherwise it would have been plentiful.) was plentiful & nutritious. Room cleanliness & comfort were excellent, bedding was clean & warm, heating unit was quiet and efficient, bathroom and all corners were immaculate, shower head actually massaged sore muscles, bathroom & sink were immaculate, bed pillows were big and firm. The lobby is spacious with tables & furniture spaced very well. To me, this is a 5-star hotel

King room was very large. Enjoyed the upgrade to a spa tub. Everything was nice! Check in was easy. Front desk was super nice.
