The walk-shower was great, good water pressure. Breakfast was great - scrambled eggs, sausage ( turkey and pork),biscuits and gravy ,cereal 3 kinds ,fresh fruit apples, etc,waffles yogurt and coffee. The best breakfast in 3 different hotels I've stayed in recently. Pleasant room to enjoy breakfast. Very clean rooms and comfortable. Small empty refrigerator to put drinks and food in. Closet with ironing board. Sitting room in lobby with TV and work area for business purposes. Small fitness room for a light workout. Close to planet fitness and restaurants. In-between Greenville and Spartanburg, either way a short trip. Features of a more expensive hotel.

The beds, although comfortable, did slide a bit on the frame. I slept very well.

The food was good and what I expect from a chain hotel. What made it exceptional was the staff. It was supposed to end at 9 am, but when we arrived just before 9 am, they welcomed us in and encouraged us to eat, relax, and take our time. There were not stares or comments about closing soon. We didn't abuse the situation. We ate, talked some, and then left, but it was appreciated how they handled "closing time."

Because of the late end to the event we were attending, we didn't arrive to check in until around 11 pm. No big deal. I had reserved and pre-paid for three rooms. We were tired and hot and ready to get to our rooms and all in my party were hassled for IDs and credit card numbers for incidentals. Why couldn't I just check in for all three and put under my card? Make it simple and let us get checked in.

I've stayed here many times to visit my daughter and her family. Your location is perfect, and the staff is always very professional.

I'm a late riser. I'd prefer the breakfast cutoff time to be 10AM. I've worked in the hospitality industry, so I realize that staffing is probably the issue.

The breakfast was really good with a lot of choices for everyone. The staff was amazing and very helpful. This hotel had a few fast food places within walking distance from the hotel.

I was traveling with my 91 year old grandmother and she had a hard time getting on and off the beds, but we went to Walmart and bout her a step ladder and that really helped.

The breakfast was tasty with 3 hot selections each morning. The room was very clean. The common areas were clean and well-kept.

It seemed the walls between rooms were thin, we could hear guests talking in the adjoining room.

Breakfast was great. Nice lady preparing it. Staff was friendly and helpful.

My only complaint was the shower temperature. It was so HOT I could not get it adjusted with enough cold to be able to get under the spray. The pressure was great but I should have asked someone for help, but we tried everything and don't see what could be done other than change rooms.

Liked the flooring in the rooms instead of the carpet most hotels have. Daily eggs and sausage were good.

Only had a shower and no bathtub and the shower floor was stained. You could hear the bed springs when you turned in bed. The bike in the gym didn’t turn on. No mats in the gym. Sprinkler in gym looked like it was falling out if the wall. Pancake mix and biscuit gravy was watered down. Scale iv gym was ancient.

It was clean and quiet, good location. Hot breakfast was good. Staff was very nice.

There were two conditions in the shower, needed to have shampoo. Coffee not good.

Lisa at the front desk was great. Extremely welcoming and helpful. Pleasant, happy personality.

Shower head needs some adjusting. Heavy, uneven, powerful stream. (Room 302)
