From start to finish checking was amazing check out was just as great the high ceilings were amazing normally you get low ceilings and makes you feel small and enclosed. It was within range of shopping food gas stations the whole nine

The one thing we didn't really care for was taking a shower and the glass door being accessed with the handle on the outside only and it was very tough to open and close with the sliding portion of it you couldn't if you were in the shower you could not open it you had to have someone come and open it for you because of the handle being on the outside but besides that everything else was great.

Check in and check out with April great. Explained amenities, including shuttle services(fee), Reasonable room rate. Accommodated late check out due to flight. Fridge and microwave in room. Coffee maker. Room comfortable. TV reception and internet services good. Close to restaurants and fast food. Of course very close to Airport. Shuttle services start at 4am! Ronnie Smalls our shuttle driver was cordial and professional. He got us to our destination timely and safely. Breakfast available. One thing, I noticed about this location was the team work.

The breakfast hours to be extended, at least by one hour if possible.

1 word CLEAN! Absolutely beautiful, remodeled, clean room! Dove cucber melon products in the shower left you feeling refreshed. The room had 2 queen beds, a nice chair & beautifully covered ottoman. The room also had a desk & nice desk chair that was pretty comfy. The bathroom mirror was modern with led lighting. The towels were well stocked & super clean (yes, I always check). Parking was easy & the location was perfect- right off the highway & if needed you can walk next door to several nice restaurants. The location while close to the interstate was not noisy at all. I was shocked the room was so nice because when I selected from Booking.com I was looking for a rather cheap room. Having never stayed at this chain I didn't know what to expect but we will absolutely stay here again!

Front desk staff were not engaging or friendly. When we arrived I first notice how nice the hotel smell. When I went to the desk I said it smells so nice in here like a nice clean air freshener. The clerk completely ignored my compliment & did not engage conversation. I felt tension like she was not in the mood to be there at all. Then after checking in I went back to park the car & the rest of my party got the bags. As we were walking in thru the lobby to get to the elevator & she caught us as we turned the corner & yelled hello. We thought she was greeting us but all she said was what's your room #. This confused me because I had only seconds earlier checked in.

Location was great we stayed over night in Greenville for my child's tonsil removal. Only a few minutes from the children's outpatient facility and easy access off I85. The beds were comfortable and it was clean and very quiet. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a hotel in Greenville

The bathroom was just a little dated and the TV was pretty small compared to other places I've stayed at. Not big deal tho.

The location is convenient. The staff are super helpful & kind.

The carpet throughout the hotel appeared old, worn, and in some areas, dirty. The door to my room did not close properly, and the sprinkler system showed visible rust. Several appliances in the room were outdated and in need of replacement.

I love the location. I love the fact I could leave my car there for a week as I was visiting friends and family. There were many restaurants nearby

My only complaint would be in the linens on the bedding. Only choice was one top sheet or one top sheet with a duvet that was far too heavy. I did not sleep well because I couldn't regulate a comfortable body temperature. Either too cool with just the sheet, or too hot with the duvet. The air conditioner was not super cold or else I would have made the room freezing so that the duvet would have worked better. I couldn't get the optimum combination and so I did not sleep well at all. I probably could have asked for a light blanket and maybe that would have been best. On a good note though the mattress was quite comfortable.

Conveniently located to everything. Staff were very accommodating. Issues were addressed promptly.

Mattress encasing was requested to be removed because it looked like it was covered in old blood, very disgusting. Location of room directly over foyer and late at night staff were very loud with talking and laughing. It was 90’ out and the pool wasn’t open which was disappointing to my children.

It had a varied breakfast with HOT food. Just get down early to avoid people. I also loved the location. It's surrounded by various restaurants and coffee locations. Meal deliveries are simple. Nice for solo females.

I wish my shower could have been hotter. The bathroom didn't smell disinfected but that's a me thing. I need to smell the cleaner to feel like things are clean. Not a big deal.

clean hotel and rooms enjoyed a full breafast daily in a clean family style eating area. Also took advantage of the work out facility. The staff was very nice and helpful and it is conveniently located by the airport,highway,churches and restaurants the area is also walkable to walmart,grocery stores and many restaurants.

Close to the restaurants and very quiet.

I didn’t like the yellow stains on the mattress cover. But the manager offered to put us in another room. But we had already unloaded the suitcases and were too old and tired to move rooms. The reason I showed him the picture of the stains was so we wouldn’t get blamed for it.
