Every time we have stayed at this hotel, i have never had any issues. This time the room wasn't cleaned, the sink stopped was stuck and we had to get maintenance. The TV wasn't working.

The lady at check in was rude. She spoke to my Fiancé' like he was trash. We kept our cool with her but she was very nasty. I had NEVER experienced this and she also charged us more than quoted.

We liked the location. WE were only around 6 miles from where our son lives so it was very convenient. The size of the room was perfect, a little bigger than most rooms that we have stayed in before at other hotels.

The lack of decaf coffee at the breakfast bar. Had decaf pods in our room but not at breakfast bar. I had requested room on 1st or 2nd floor & we ended up on the sixth floor. We were pleased with the room so it turned out to be fine. I couldn't get my charger to work in the room. Luckily I had enough power until I could recharge it.. at home.

The property is taken care of on the outside and inside, staff was very friendly

My only complaint was the shower pressure and temperature, it wasn't a huge deal. I stayed in two rooms on the 6th floor and both rooms the water pressure was low and the water only got somewhat hot.

Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was phenomenal! Tommie, the lady that checked us in went above and beyond to get us taken care of quickly in an efficient and professional manner. She really made us feel welcome! The lady that checked us out was great too!

Everything looked nice and the room was comfortable. We checked in around 10pm and checked out around 8am.

The ac in the room made a strange noise that wouldn’t let us sleep pleasantly.

Everything was nice but when I ran the water at the bar it came out brown. Checking out I was crying and the staff was very caring and nurturing. Thank you !

Stayed for 3 days and no housekeeping service? Is that standard procedure?

Room size, gym, pool, breakfast, cleanliness, etc. Location...

Large bags of trash were left near the elevators on the floor each morning. Pool was a bit cold for the weather. Instacart, etc. would not deliver to the location...minimal issues...

Staff were friendly. Easy check in and nice room

Keeping the common areas cleaned better . Carpet in hallways needed vac as did the rug coming in front door. Floors by elevator and inside elevator. Was there 3 days and never was done

My kids and I enjoyed our stay was so relaxing the kids really enjoyed playing in the pool the breakfast was wonderful

The bed was so comfortable we enjoyed our stay we will be coming back thank you for being there for my family and I to relax
