Upon arrival I was greeting my Marie, she was amazing. She handled by booking like a champ, considering there was a slight problem with room availability. She got super busy during this process, however, no one ever felt like they were not her top priority. Even while handling at least 6-8 other check-ins, she kept me posted on our progress to find a solution. All while answering the phone as well. She was beyond professional, courteous, and friendly through it all. I didn't have as much interaction with the other staff members, but the were ALL very nice whenever we did encounter them.

The breakfast was good, but, due to being diabetic, I would have liked a few healthier options.

Check-in was a breeze, and the location was super convenient. The room was clean, and check-out was as simple as dropping our keys in the box at the front desk—quick and easy! A big shoutout to Kelly for her honesty and quick action! My son accidentally left his Apple Watch in the room, and just minutes after we left, Kelly called to let us know she’d found it and left it safely at the front desk. We truly appreciate her going above and beyond to reach out to us so quickly!

We managed to snag the last parking spot in the lot—if anyone arrived after us, I’m not sure where they would have parked. There were several vehicles with trailers and even a tractor-trailer taking up multiple spaces. It would be great if there were a designated area for those (especially being that this hotel is right off 85), so they don’t occupy so many spots. Our room was the first one to the left of the front desk, and unfortunately, someone started vacuuming at 7 a.m., hitting the door a few times and waking some of us up. It’s unclear why vacuuming would be scheduled so early, especially right next to guest rooms. It made for a less-than-relaxing start to the morning.

Breakfast was your basic breakfast but was still good. Had a variety of choices. Best thing was the location of where breakfast was served and had plenty of sitting area. I loved how the coffee section was apart from the breakfast area. We also loved the size of the room and how they were staged. Everything is laid out perfectly and everything was clean! The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows.

I did not like how the jetted tub set up high. It made it very difficult to get out of the bathtub without hurting yourself. We had to go purchase a small stool for a step up. Recommend having a small step installed. Especially since this is supposed to be considered a handicap room.

How clean and convenient the hotel was!! The staff was amazing and nice!!! Breakfast was good as long as you got there first thing as it started!!!

There weren't many options for breakfast after a certain time. I was looking forward to biscuits and gravy or a waffle but went in there at 8:44 and all of it was gone with no replacement even though breakfast was until 10. Not everyone is an early bird so I do feel they should fill some of the good food back up after it runs out.

This will be my new place to stay in Greenville. The next trip is already booked. Kelly & Marie were kind and welcoming. Kelly took extra time to answer my questions & they both helped me with car charging. The room was clean and very comfortable. This hotel is close to everything needed. I have tried a few hotels in the area and this is the best!

Cleanest hotel room we have stayed at.Friendly front desk staff.

Upon arrival our air conditioning was not working well.I asked for some assistance 2 days in a row,but no one came to look at it.After inspecting the AC I found that the filters were clogged.Rinced them out in the bathtub, problem solved.This is something that should be checked on a regular basis.Disapointed no one came to help.

I initially had an issue with my room not having hot water, the maintenance man fixed it expeditiously! Thank you Alejandro! Front desk daytime attendants are just amazing!!!! WE THE PEOPLE LOVE G, he’s the BEST! True southern hospitality! Nice and clean fitness center with an indoor pool across the hall stocked with towels so you don’t have to use the ones in your room!

Unless I somehow missed it, add some travel vouchers and brochures about fun this to do in and around Greenville! Also, pricing, it’s decent, but could be a tad bit lower in my opinion. I am going to be a regular returning patron monthly/ bi monthly for the span of 4-14 days! I look forward to returning to ” Comfort inn & suites” and paying a reasonable price compared to others in the area at a lower price offering the same amenities and environment.

Cleanliness,modern,spacious rooms,spacious dining area,indoor heated pool,and exceptional taste and amount of breakfast items that were included with the stay.In addition the breakfast hours for the weekend(7-10) were more accommodating than other establishments.Lastly, the fact that the executive suites have a separate sitting area that included a sectional sofa that converts to a sofa bed and had 2 leather ottomans.

I can’t think of anything that I didn’t like

My bf and I stayed in the room with a King bed and jacuzzi tub the day before Valentines Day. We didn't get to the hotel until super late and were a little tipsy. The two ladies at the front desk I chuckled a little and said, "enjoy your Honeymoon Suite" We laughed too and I said to my bf, "The listing did not say it was a honeymoon suite, I promise! 😄 (But it would definitely make for a great honeymoon, esp with the price, which was lower than most other hotels with jacuzzis.) The room met all our expectations and more! The jacuzzi had plenty of room for the two of us and the bed was super comfy! There was also a couch in the room with ottomans, mini fridge and large walk-in shower. The staff in the morning were super nice! We didn't get up in time for breakfast, but I'm sure it's good! Thanks again!

Everything was good

The tub and shower pressure was amazing. So relaxing and quickly had hot water. The bed was comfortable and the room space was huge! The staff was very kind and when called for towels the attendant came immediately. I also really enjoyed the Carmel macchiato coffee flavoring! Very yummy

I don’t like how small the pillows are. They’re like toddler size pillows. Also we stayed as a start of to our honeymoon - and noted it when booking - I was hoping to be recognized for it but it didn’t ruin our stay. The breakfast was not flavorful… I liked the options but flavor of the hot food was missing. It would’ve been nice to have salsa with eggs or something to the grits. It would’ve also been nice to have fruit options, not just carbs.
