The breakfast was fabulous and delicious. There was plenty of food left for latecomers that like to sleep in. Also the cookies were yummy too!

We requested first floor for my handicapped husband. The location of the room was perfect but I had paid for a king bed room. We ended up with a queen bed. The electric did not work at our side tables so we moved the tables to fix the problem and there was so much dirt and dust there it was disgusting. Otherwise the room was spacious and clean.

The room had lots of space. The bed was very comfortable. Shower pressure was perfect, and water temperature was hot. Breakfast was nice and hot - several different options. The location is perfect - next to several places to eat and shop.

My a/c would not stay on. The unit would kick on for 10 mins and then shut off. I woke up sweating every night.

The breakfast was good--standard fare for a complemenary breakfast. I really liked the kitchenette. The bed was comfortable.

I requested room service in the morning before we left and was told it would be done that morning. We retuned in the late afternoon. Two housekeepers were chatting outside of our room and the room had not been cleaned. The housekeeper offered to clean our room then, but I was not feeling well and needed to lay down. I requested towels. The housekeeper was quite apologetic and even wrote a note of apology which was appreciated.

Nice place. Clean, comfortable room with small kitchen and sitting area. A tasty breakfast thrown in as well. Definitely a good pick if you are in the area and in need of a bed for the night.

The breakfast was good, but it could be better with a waffle station.

Food items were not hot, only warm.

The lobby was very relaxing and inviting. The hotel was beautiful. The room was perfect. The fireplace outside was a great place to relax as well.

I thought everything was great! We will definitely be staying there again, the next time we are in the area.

Te staff was pleasant and professional. Our room needs som attention. one of the stove control knobs should be replaced. (front burner) And the shower curtain needs raised about 8-12” it drags the ground. However, it was an enjoyable stay and we’d definitely stay again. (Almost forgot… if 4 guests are scheduled it would be nice to have 4 towels in the room:)

The couch wasn't comfortable.

We were from out of town and my son had knee surgery so we needed to stay in the area a few days after the surgery. The staff was very helpful.

Everything was good

I liked how close it was located to stores and restaurants. My friends and I ate at Panera right after we unpacked. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We felt very safe and comfortable where we were and it was very clean. We honestly spent most of our time in our room because it was just so cozy.

There wasn't really anything I can complain about, everything went pretty smooth. There was a problem with the TV when we got there but it got fixed as soon as we called for help.
