Breakfast was good, discovered that if we grabbed breakfast by the cafe we would save time and they had a great selection of breakfast sandwiches, bagels, fruit, etc. Loved the hot tub by the main pool, the bar by the lobby was great. The yurt with the free champagne hour was a big hit! Lovely grounds with gorgeous views! The cookie decorating event was a big hit for my kids.

The hotel could use another restaurant, which I believe there is one under construction. While the food was good, after a few days I wish there were more food offerings at the restaurant.

I felt in love with this hotel! My husband and I been stayed in this hotel for the first time. The views and location are amazing. Gessner restaurant's food and drink quality were fabulous. We also tried Makoto restaurant. The food and service were excellent, with a very friendly and attentive staff Shuttle service to Vail Village and Lionshead is fabulous.

Went to the Hyatt with my wife to celebrate our double birthday. It was the off season so the hotel was pretty empty. We got an upgrade for our room without even asking, and also got a nice touch in the room (wine and chocolates) for our birthdays. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, the location is great, the restaurant was very good. The massage and spa were awesome too, and the outdoors hot tub is great at night :) The complementary shuttle ride to town was very convenient to avoid paying outrageous parking fees. I'm glad we stayed at the Hyatt, instead of staying in town (which was also almost empty). We had a great time and will definitely come again!

No free parking, even if the hotel is 7 minutes away from the town, which surprised me. But I guess it's probably the same everywhere in Vail.

Housekeeping did an amazing job always coming when we were out and the room was left spotless. Chris at the bellhop, was fantastic with helpful tips and ways to get around town. The ski in/out aspect was the move alleviating having to move boards around everywhere.

The spa wasn’t my favorite for the value of what we paid. I have been to many in Arizona that far exceeded my expectations. There was no jacuzzi that was specific for the spa only and the showers put out cold water regardless of how long you left them on hot for. I said something to the employee at the front desk and she made it seem like this was normal during the winter season. When paying $500 I expected better customer service.

Very pretty property along the river. The bed was so comfortable! Love that there is a Nespresso machine in the room - it made for lovely mornings.

It’s mostly quite a lovely place but it’s starting to seem a bit dated - especially the hallways!

The breakfast was included in the stay although the guys at the reception wanted to be sure that it’s for all the guests or only 2! But the manager came and solved the issue and was very helpful and cooperative

Awesome location and decent hotel itself, enjoyed staying and especially going for a walk by the creek

The quality of the service could be much better, like not forgetting to make our room or no knocking when there is a sign do not disturb

The room was not clean the white rug was dirty. They left my coffee cups from the day before there dirty along with the clean ones. They never changed the sheets the 3 days we were there.

Close to its lift to the mountain ,beautiful view, everything is convenient, the village is 5 minutes by shuttle.

I did not like the cleaning in the rooms, they did it very quickly and not with high quality, we lived for 7 days, I think the room never be vacuumed and Just like old and washed towels, they can already be updated.

Was excellent, especially staff Tracy. Great customer service. Breakfast was great.

The swimming pool was not open although they promised us a night before to open. It was disappointing.
