This was a very clean hotel. The only issue we had was that the air-conditioning unit was very loud. It sounded like a freight train when it was running. When asking for some kind of compensation, Aiden, the staff working at the front desk, stated I had to have booking.com get ahold of him, and they then could do something about it. Getting contact information to talk to someone at booking.com is not an easy thing to do. Other than the air-conditioning unit, I would stay at this or another Comfort Inn again.

This property is ALWAYS the best!! Love the suite with 2 queens and a sofa bed. Clean and great beds.

Property was great as always! However, I booked and paid on Booking.com but arrived in town for a funeral and the hotel didn’t have my reservation AT ALL! Not only did they still get me the same accommodations but gave me a cheaper rate than Booking.com had originally. They worked with me to get my money refunded back due to the missing reservation that never got sent to them.

Very clean. Looks like the interior has been updated recently. Smelled very nice, even in my room (no musty hotel smell). Bed was super comfy. Breakfast had great selection.

Some food items ran out and didn’t get refilled while we were eating breakfast (eggs, potatoes).

We were traveling from our home in Grayling Michigan to our home in Sarasota Fl. We usually stay in Cartersville GA. Decided on Comfort Inn because we’ve had some bad experiences at othe motels in area, too noisy etc. Loved the beds and pillows, the sweet girl at the desk was so helpful.

Location was nice for going to Lake Point. Breakfast was good. Room was large. Beds were clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. AC worked well.

Parking lot was a little small. Several spaces were taken up with transport boxes and construction supplies. I did manage to always find a parking space but a couple of times it was very close. First floor ice maker broke for a few days but it was fixed. Only 1 dryer was working in the laundry which caused me a little time when someone else was using it. Biggest problem was the cost. This was over $200/day for my 5 night stay. I routinely stay at Comfort Inns and Suites all over the country and I have never paid that much for them.

Room smelled amazing ! I want to buy whatever they use ! Very clean modern rooms and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good too .

Pool area could use some beautification , it’s a little basement- like. But happy it had a pool !

Room was fairly upgraded. Quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Bathroom showed it's age. Especially tub and shower. But better than most.

The beds were very comfortable , pillows were amazing! The TVs(yes there were 2) are great! The pull out bed was good for the teenagers I had with me.Very nice overnight stay!

We had no problems or concerns at all! The bathroom was a little small( door hit the toilet) but thats not a complaint just an observation..not a problem

Location was good, room was comfortable and met my party's size. Pet friendly.

The breakfast was just ok. Kind of dissatisfied with the food and coffee.

The room size was nice and large with high ceilings. I have a family of 6 and it can be tricky to find rooms big enough. We were comfortable in the 2 queens and sectional pull out. The breakfast was great with a large assortment of items to choose from. The kids enjoyed the pool.
