The staff was very accommodating. Assisted with a room for my daughter and family when their room at another hotel was double booked. Staff even got the 🔥 place up and running when I asked. Couldn't have asked for better staff members to assist with our needs.
Hilton itself was trying to run my card used to hold the room prior to arrival and then again after a card was given to pay for the room. Booking.com was called and also the main Hilton number and this was resolved by the front desk people in the lobby at the Hotel. She was excellent. I asked her name but already forgot

I just love the friendly staff at reception. Always smiling and laughing. Happy to be at work and offering the best hospitality. It's always a pleasure to check in and know that someone pleasant who loves their job is going to be there to welcome us.

From the moment we entered the hotel, we were greeted with excellence from a beautiful receptionist. Everything was beyond AWESOME!!!!

Area was quiet. Very comfortable room. Best pillows ever.
The shower door was difficult to move in the track. Lexan panel was loose. No tea pods for Kurig machine.

The place was immaculate. The service was friendly. Everything went smoothly. And I slept well. We also traveled with 2 well behaved Springer Spaniels, they rated it 4 paws up!
I cannot say anything bad about our experience.

Great location right off 75 with plenty of good dining options very close by
3 stay here… all booked thru Bookings.com. All three times room assignment was directly next to elevator shaft. Not a coincidence it seems.
