The hotel team, and breakfast team were very good, in particular Frankie! The rooms were excellent and very clean. The bed was really comfortable, with a good supply of coffee!

From a business support point of view, we found the business conference room booking extremely difficult, and in our opinion, we found the responsible person to be difficult. It was also in our opinion, unreasonably expensive, for example, USD 538 per day to rent a TV, and for a very basic lunch and a drink, it was almost USD60 per head. They even got our company name wrong in the lobby…. We would not book with them again.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. The bartender was great, real friendly and made sure all the people at the bar were taken care of. Ordered food from there and it was good. Only down fall was we where there to see someone graduate from the Navy, if the had some kind of car service that knew the area and where to go but thank goodness our Uber drive knew exactly where to go. Also the shower took a minute for the hot water, at one point we had to turn it off and wait a minute and turn it back on and then we got some hot water. Other then that, beautiful hotel and great price for our stay.

Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The food options were nice, exceptional service at the restaurant. The room was comfy - I ended up getting a virus during my stay (which was horrible!) but the bed was comfy and I was able to get food delivered to me while I was recovering. Bathroom was clean and modern. Check in and out was smooth and easy.

The shuttle service was only for certain times - I booked this hotel because of the shuttle service but ended up having to uber everywhere because it wasn't available when I needed it unfortunately. Also the TV guide/menu didn't work so I had to scroll through each channel to find something to watch. There isn't a big light, so in the evenings it was quite dark (which is great for getting good sleep but not great when you're trying to find a specific item in your dark suitcase).

The location is great, the staff was welcoming and helpful, the breakfast was satisfying and good

The water pressure was very low, in the sink it almost was not going , the TV control was not responsive and I think that in overall the hotel need some refreshment, he looks old , only one elevator was working, felt like no one care

The location of the hotel was very easy to get too. It is not too far from many restaurants, cute downtown area and gas stations. It was a very quick, easy check in. The lobby was beautiful and so was our room.

Some downsides were that our microwave that was located by the vending machine was bad. It didn't work and was outdated. The vending machine also didn't work. The doors said that they locked the sliding doors at 11 which made us feel safe but when I came in at 1 am, they were wide open. Breakfast is also not included and an additional price which is not something you typically see.

The room is clean, although I found one ant in the room. The bed is comfortable. The TV is big.

I would rate the stay 10/10 if not for the water. The water in the shower took a long time to get warm and it wasn't really hot neither did it stay warm.

The hotel was very well maintained. The staff was helpful when the key card didn’t work. Some indie has to fix the battery on the door. They cane up immediately to help. The food was excellent and I loved the outdoor seating area

Every time I would turn on the faucet it would spray water everywhere on the sink and it was very loud. The shower dripped as well

The room was great! Clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was disappointing!! I had no idea it was $19 for the buffet! No signs were posted on pricing. The only time I saw staff was when she handed me the bill!! My choice was 3 spoons of scrambled eggs, and a small danish slightly bigger MAYBE than a silver dollar!!

excellent facilities, the suite is really comfortable, the housekeeping is considerate resturant at the lobby is high recommended
