I'm sure breakfast was fine, but we didn't eat breakfast. I had a cup of coffee, but only got half a cup since it ran out. Smelled great. Hotel was clean and looked very well taken care of. I did the online checkin and the keys were ready when we walked in. Great experience. Parking was easy. Location to where we were playing volleyball was great. Places to eat and any shopping needs were nearby.

Found it weird that the entrance doors were so short. I'm a tall person at 6-6, but the top of the door would have hit me in the middle of my forehead if I didn't duck. Never had this experience at an entrance door before, and this was the case in both automatic sliding entrance doors at the main entrance. The beam in our room was also low enough that I had to duck under or I would have hit my head. It could have been an issue. I've never experienced this in a modern hotel.

My flight was an early one ,so I arrived at the airport around 11:00. They sent a shuttle to pick me up and when I arrived the front desk person explained that they would try to accomodate my early arrival. The shuttle driver dropped me off at a restaurant on his way to pick other people while my room was being prepared. There is an abundance of places to eat within walking distance to the hotel. Customer service is important to me since I was previously a Food and Beverage Director. They hit it on all notes, Friendly, Knowledgeable, Caring. The breakfast was good especially the biscuits and gravy. Man!!!! I highly recommend them if you are planning an extended stay.

That I was only there for one day.

This hotel is a great value. We have stayed here a few times and like the friendliness of the front desk and the condition of the rooms. We have only been able to eat the breakfast once, but it was very good with a lot of choices. We will definitely stay here again.

There was a leak around our tub and the tub didn't drain very well. The leak was bad enough that it got the carpet outside of the bathroom door wet. I believe this might be an ongoing problem with this room because there was a faint musty/moldy smell when you entered the room. I wasn't able to bring this to the attention of the front desk because that person was helping with the breakfast.

Great service and amazing staff. I landed at 3, called for a shuttle the lady that answered was super friendly, she said the shuttle would be about 15-20 minutes and he was there in 10. I checked in ahead of time so when we got there I just showed my ID and got my key. Room was nice, facilities were nice. Definitely would recommend

Nothing wrong the property, just nothing to do in the area. A few fast food restaurants and that’s all

Staff was super friendly and the hotel is only an 11 minute drive from indy intl Airport!

Our first room had a very strong smell of wet carpet and we immediately went to the front desk and requested a new room. The staff and manager got us a new room right away. The new room had a similar smell but not nearly as strong.

All staff members we encountered were very nice. The location was safe and close to everything without being in downtown Indy. Beds were very comfy. And the best part, it was a very quiet hotel.

Wish they had a little more options at breakfast but still had a decent selection to choose from.

I didn’t like the smell in the room but the room was clean. I also didn’t like how the front desk didn’t tell you when breakfast ended. I also didn’t like how staff said they’ll make our bed but didn’t.

Location, clean facility and value for the money.

Breakfast was disappointing! Very little selection and not everything was stocked. Also, front desk frequently unattended and having to wait several minutes for staff to show up. Maybe provide a way for customers to reach out to staff when they need to be away from the desk.

Very comfy beds. Lots of plugs and loved the extra side tables/chair. Breakfast choices were better the first day. 2nd day front desk staff was friendly.

a bit dusty in the room. found some dead flys and giant fuzz balls on the windowsill and in the bathroom. not enough towels for the 4 guests in the room. and when we asked for more was told the hotel was sold out, so they didn’t have any more. we had to wait until the next day. Front desk staff seemed very frazzled. Definitely could have used some fruit choices at breakfast. and maybe some muffins or something. The first day had better choices at hot bfast. second day was super basic and not very flavorful.

Very spacious room. Loved having the large couch to spread out on tho it was very firm. Breakfast was very good. Many hot and cold options.

Greeter was hard to understand. Spoke low and fast. Never made eye contact. Seemed very unhappy. Unfriendly. The scents piped thru the hallway are awful. My hubby left with a stuffy head and sneezing in the morning.
