They held my bank card for deposit for me because I couldn't wait 2 to 3 buisness days for deposit to be reloaded to my card...so front desk never charged my card ..held on to card I paid for room with...up front as deposit...since everything the next morning was good and clean ..and nothing broke or damged...they checked room and give me my card back..I really appreciated this help...it helped me tremendously.. and I'll definitely stay again since she was so nice to me and worked wirh me

Great value, friendly and accommodating staff, clean comfortable rooms.

They had smart tv with streaming capabilities, but could only play spectrum cable. This limits you to have to watch whatever crappy tv programs just happen to be on at the time you are viewing it. It would be cheaper and easier if it were streaming only. Cable sucks.

This was a very pleasant stay. The entrance and lobby were very clean and updated well. My room was very clean. Can tell they have updated recently. Love that there was no carpet in the room. The floors looked great. Mattress and Pillows were comfortable.

We upgraded to a suite but feel like that's not what we received. It was more like a regular room with a larger bathroom. The room itself was small for 4 people. It had only 1 chair. Was clean, and the beds were great. Would stay again.

Cleanliness

There was a ripped hole in 1 of the towels and another one was stained We could not open or close the bathroom door in the bedroom because the door hit the corner of the bed. And then we also could not open the mini fridge door because it was in back of the bathroom door due to us not being able to close the bathroom door

It was what I expected for the price. Friendly staff and a very good breakfast buffet

We were on the ground floor and the window shades wouldn't close so I had to use my hair clip. Someone parked both their cars right in front of our door so we had to walk with our bag's. I requested a special flower and Booking. Com said they would be glad to do it but they didn't. 2 of the lights didn't work

I highly recommend . newly remodeled, plenty of lights, no carpet which is great, bed was very comfortable, the frig actually got really cold which is a plus. The breakfast is just a carb fest but it’s clean and open, no complaints.

The property is just 2 min off interstate Had a nice outdoor area to sit at tables

They had a continental breakfast with a waffle maker which was delicious! Perfect spot to stay in Bowling Green to explore the city! Only 15 minutes away from most major extractions.

There was a bit of a wait to check in and check out as the staff member was helping other patrons. I understand though if it is just one person working that there will be a wait.

The lobby, exterior and our room are all decorated in a very nice clean contemporary design. the location was great for us, near everything we needed. Our room was clean and well supplied with towels, toiletries and coffee. we thought the price we paid was very good for the room we got.

Breakfast was mostly prepackaged foods, nothing Hot or homemade. the breakfast still had a lot of choices, cereal, yogurt, bananas, orange juice and you could toast bagels.

I really enjoyed the location of the hotel due to how close it was to certain places such as Casey's Gas Station and Culvers.

There was nothing in particular that I didn't really like.
