Clean, spacious and nicely updated. The updates to the room were excellent, however the dial switch for the lights and the fan in the bathroom were dated. A simple light switch and fan not on a timer would be better. Also, the flooring was brand new, but seemed like they needed a good cleaning/ polishing.

The bathroom lights and fan on a timer were loud and didn’t allow enough time in the bathroom. The floors needed to be cleaned. At breakfast an employee bumped my elbow as she was walking by me and as I was preparing my coffee at the counter and spilled hot coffee all over my hand and on the floor. She didn’t offer to help me, or help clean the mess.

Conveniently located. The floors were bare- better for people with asthma. The breakfast was very good, especially if you have a gluten free diet(gf cookies and muffins). There was almond milk available too.

One of the rooms on the first floor had a half light door with a chain lock that opened out into the woods behind the property. It ended up being okay, but on first blush it didn't look very secure.

I was in a car accident January 25 and fractured L1 and L2 in my spine and 3 ribs. I have appointments at least every other day, I have an extremely hard time driving right now so being closer to appointments and having a pool was a blessing! Breakfast was really good! Definitely appreciated the waffle station. The scrambled eggs were cooked well. The coffee station and juices were great. The pool area was nice and relaxing. The property was pretty and easy to get to. The staff was attentive.

Hand soap for the bathroom would have been nice. The only option was the face soap or body wash. The ham for breakfast was more like jerky, very tough, but did taste good. There really isn't anything else that we didn't like.

Breakfast was good and room was spacious. Was in a location that was about equal distance to Reid State Park and Popham Beach. Grocery store was just around the corner.

Bathroom door stuck. Sorry forgot to tell someone. The kids couldn't open and adults had to really tug The pool was too cold for 3 out of 4 of us6

There was no bench or chair outside the door to sit on. There was no vending machine on the premises, just a sign The only elevator was broken most of the time & staff did their best to assist

Lots of parking available. Laundry machines and dryers for guest use, however little busy. Complimentary breakfast. Nice big room.

Air con units very loud. I didn't use mine and could still hear adjacent rooms units throughout the night. No main bedroom light, just three lamps, fairly dim lighting in bedroom but two main lights in the bathroom.

I choose this hotel from the pictures of the room and pool but upon arrival it was nothing like the pictures which was disappointing for the price.

The pictures of the pool online were not actual pictures of the pool at this location. We choose a hotel with a pool for my toddler and when we arrived it was a big disappointment. The lady at check in was also really rude to my husband which is the first direct reflection of the hotel. I might suggest putting someone more personable & respectful in the front.

Everything was good, very clean from entering the hotel to the rooms. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast needs improvement. There was only one waffle maker. There was only one type of yogurt (pineapple), so maybe offer a couple of different kinds.

Nice pool, quiet location, nice sized room. Good in room accommodations.

Would have appreciated more than 2 towels for 2 adults. Breakfast was not well stocked- no forks, very little bacon left. Eggs were burned. Cranberry juice was just water with no indication of it being out. Food was not refilled when we were eating around 9am. Attendant not visible though area was clean.
