Customer service Michelle provided great customer service. She had a great positive attitude and helped me with my luggage. This is the type of employee all companies should have. She went above and beyond to assure my stay was pleasant. The hotel is average and great price. Safe lots of nighttime lighting and easy check in and check out.Rooms are clean and large. Overall the customer service representative is the reason I would come back.

Noise a dog was barking erratically customers with pets should be advised that they should respect others and control their animals and noise level.

Parking lot lights didn’t work. Not sure if that’s for insect control but it was noticeable. Not that it was pitch black but just darker than expected. Cleaning disinfectant had a strong smell. There are plenty of clean hotels that don’t smack you in the nostrils.

This hotel was clean and smelled really good. The check in process was a great experience due to the friendly check-in staff. Nice gym and prices were decent.

Just some light maintenance needed in the bathroom. There was a leak under the sink I could hear, and a moldy stain that was visibly huge. When is the pool going to open?

Great location, right on Rt 50. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, staff were outstanding. Room was large - plenty of space to store our bikes. Also very close to Rise Up Coffee / Mad Eggs breakfast place!

Minor: bathroom was rather small

Locating was great...Nekea at the front desk was efficient and personable, welcoming us and auxiliary helping us to register.

The shower water never got above tepid. Also the walls are thin...crying babies and heavy footsteps definitely impacted a restful night.

Didn’t eat breakfast but I heard it was good

The only problem that I had was the room service people did not come to my room none of the days to change bath towels or take trash out nothing. We had to go to Walmart and get supplies and do it ourselves

There seemed to be a price difference that caught me off guard, Friday night was 190.00 and Thursday night was 130 ish I did not know that. I had allocated cash for around 280.00 instead I paid 347.56

The price of room just because it was a weekend night

It was close to the wedding venue! It was clean and allowed pets!

This is just personal preference- and really rather silly but the eggs at breakfast were as good as I was expecting.

We stayed for three months, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. The location is central to the Cambridge area and Talbot County. Everything was clean. The breakfast is a nice thing to look forward to. There is also a gym and pool. We even had packages delivered to the front desk. Really quiet considering they filled up on the weekends. Pet friendly!

The only thing I didn't like was having to stay in a hotel for so long, but the staff helped make me feel at home.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and housekeeping did a great job.

Mattress was squeaky (minor issue) Hot water for tea was tepid each morning.
