The room was clean, the "train side" was cool. The view out window was nice. Coffee in room was good, i had to move coffee maker to a better spot though. See thru door fridge was nice.

The water pressure was weak. The side sprayer was hard to adjust, it rotated back to original side spot. The sink has no slope so cleaning was annoying after teeth brushing. The appearance of the bathroom was pretty. The breakfast was ok. I didnt like the surprise 60 bill the waiter gave me. It was confusing with the voucher. I was afraid to get the "ala carte" items for fear the bill would be higher. Come to realize its 23 for 1 person, then free with one voucher upon check out. My husband wasnt going to go down after that and I didnt go down day 2, wary. As long as you dont need to hang long dresses, rod was low.

The hotel was very clean and close to the family we were seeing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was nice being close to a train stop and cafes. Surprisingly, hearing the train go by only kept us awake the first night.

I really did not like the shower set-up. It was confusing trying to figure out how to turn them on and off. Not to mention with there being no lip on the floor to step over, the bathroom floor got wet. And for the price we paid, it would have been nice to have a complimentary continental breakfast and not just coffee/tea.

Close to both the Reservoir and Cleveland Circle train stations. Room was a good size, the neighbourhood is quiet, and the bathroom was good. There was a good desk, plenty of lights, and plenty of power outlets. Wifi was good.

Only negative was that the air conditioning unit in our room was very noisy. It worked fine, but was very noisy every time it cut in.

No coffee in the evening without leaving the hotel. In room, coffee maker, impossible to use because of overhead glass shelf and inability to bring coffee pot away from shelf area . room 338 ADA room (my husband is disabled; I am fully able and was unable to use the coffee pot.)

Loved ambiance and breakfast super yummy. Coffee , prosciutto and waffles really good and had the best croissant in a long time

In the room I would add more lighting, drawers and hooks for hanging coats , backpacks or purse - also in the bathroom- the bed could have been more comfortable as well as the pillows- they were extremely firm

The receptionist could have mentioned that my breakfast was already paid for in advance. She forgot to give me my breakfast coupons which is why I couldn't get breakfast

The Air Conditioning in the room was extremely loud .It woke my wife up continually! No complimentary coffee in the lobby! The toilet did not flush well ,it clogged easily and we had to get maintenance to take care of it! But they handled it quickly and professionally !

Compared to other AC hotels, this one has the best breakfast and the friendliest waiter I've met in AC hotels. Everything was positive from the staff, the room and the hotel itself and the very good fitness center.

Small boutique feel with a surprising amount of amenities. Fitness room and right on site valet parking were a bonus. Nice rooms though I wish we had a bath tub :)

Bartender needs to find another career. Obviously doesn’t like working with public found him rude Only takes one person to ruin a weekend night won’t be coming back because of this guy. Otherwise everything was A +
