The location was ideal and the breakfast was great. We were directed to a local restaurant that was very nice. The staff was very good at dealing with any problems we had. And we got an upgraded room due to our experience. Staying 3 other nights prior. We had stayed 3 prior to this.

We had stayed three days prior to this August 12th-13th stay. During the 3 days, the room was not as good as. The other one. The mattress. Was lumpy and the shower had needed to be replaced.. The pool was not even functioning while we were there , which was a disappointment. However they did call and offer to cancel the reservation which we did not.

We loved the location, the hot complimentary breakfast was awesome, the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, cozy, and beds were very comfortable. We loved having a fridge and microwave in our room. Overall a very reasonable price for an excellent family vacay.

The housekeeping staff did not change or make our beds the entire week, we also had the same wet dirty towels and face cloths the whole week that we had to hang to dry each night. There was a day or two our overflowing garbage cans and extra bags of garbage that were not picked up. We also had to go down to the front desk twice to request an extra roll of toilet paper because we did not have any extra, but overall this was a small issue and did not affect our fun family vacay.

During a recent stay with my family at the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional level of service we were provided. From the moment we arrived at check-in, the staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all of our needs were met throughout our stay. Felicia at reception gave us a warm welcome the night we arrived. After that Alicia and another colleague (sorry I forgot her name but she had a ponytail and glasses) went above and beyond to ensure we were provided comfort and support for all our requests. The rooms were immaculate, well-appointed with good amenities and touches that truly enhanced our overall experience. Every interaction with the hotel staff was met with professionalism and courtesy. The cleanliness of our room was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing environment for us to unwind after travelling all the way from the UK. Shout out to the Housekeeping Team! The beds were comfortably plush, providing us with restful night's sleep. The room we stayed in was super spacious and perfect for our family. Additionally, the on-site breakfast service exceeded our expectations with delicious hot and cold breakfast options and impeccable service from Maria et al. My daughter couldn’t get enough of the fresh BW waffles with cream and syrup and my son couldn’t get enough of the copious amounts of Raisin Bran they had on site! The hotel's convenient location also allowed for easy access to nearby lovely shopping malls and food outlets such as Popeyes, Burger King and Wendy’s. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to any family or travellers looking for a convenient, comfortable and affordable accommodation experience.

Nothing negative to write about honestly. Just that some of the bedrooms are located next to what seems to be an electrical room which at times let out a loud noise in the middle of the night but other than that no complaints.

The front desk agent (I always forget names) was so pleasant and friendly. She made eye contact & smiled & seemed like she actually liked her job. The location is very close to all the activities in Manchester while still being in the woods. The comfort, location, and service was well worth the price! It is hard to get good help, so make sure you take good care of the front desk agents. AND during check in she was so pleasant about my dog too. Very happy with this stay. :-)

This is just a suggestion as over all I was very happy with my stay. However, a couple things for improvement. The walls and areas that don't get the daily cleaning could use a wash. Essentially, hire a company to come do a deep clean and then maintain, but overall the place is great. One other suggestion: do not nail quarter round at the spot where the edge of the flooring and the tub meet. It gets spongy, waterlogged, dirt gets trapped in the crevice and it looks gross. You should take that out, clean the area and put in some good caulking. It will look better, be easier to keep clean, and last longer.

It was easy to get to and close by the SNHU arena where we were going for Monster Jam. There is a heated pool and a hot tub open from 5am-11pm. The rooms have microwaves which is something I’m always excited about when traveling with kids. We also found it funny that the lights and outlets between the beds are controlled by 2 or 3 different switches. If you can’t figure out how to turn those lights on, walk across the room and flip the random light switch. Now try again 😅

I have no major complaints about this property and I will likely return next year when we come back! 🙂

Room was fine. We just had a problem with adjusting the heat - was too cold when we arrived, then way too hot during night and even though we turned it down the temp stayed up too high. Took our Dog which worked out great. Lots of area right outside the hotel to walk her. People staying at the hotel need to pick up after their dog and be considerate of others. Might help if the hotel put a couple of those doggie bag dispensers out, but they shouldn’t need to.

Only the heating was an issue. Everything else was great. Breakfast was ok, thank you for providing that.

Breakfast was not as good as other BW and competition

The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good and better than many we have had elsewhere. The staff were courteous and helpful. The proximity to Manchester, NH Airport was perfect - close but not so close to be noisy. This was our second stay at this hotel, one week apart. As a result of our first stay prior to a flight to California we booked a second stay on our return.

The bathtubs during each of our two stays, one on the third floor and one on the second, drained very slowly. When showering the was always one to two inches of water in the tub at all times and it took several minutes to drain after each shower.

Hot Water was Super Hot with great water pressure. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was above and beyond wonderful and I highly recommend the Continental Breakfast and had the following: Scrambled Eggs, Canadian Bacon, Home-fries, Yogurt, Waffle Maker, Coffee, Granola; Fruit - Banana's & Apples. The Staff was quite friendly at such a later check in hour 9pm and they recommended a local Eatery for Ordering food delivery. The value is much better than staying in Boston. Will stay there again!

I like re breakfast, it was awesome. I love the pool and the gym section.

1st thing I didn't like was that the arcade room was out of service and my kids wanted to use it but no big deal. 2nd thing I didn't like was that my room smelled like cigarettes because the person next door to me I believe they kept smoking inside the room. This room are no smoking room. Other than that everything else was good.
