older property so don't be shocked. Staff do well to keep it clean, quiet, and nice to visit. rooms are larger than most and well appointed but still older furniture, etc. parking can be tight. Rooms had good working microwave and refrigerator. small coffee pot if you like lots of morning coffee may have to wait until off property to get caffeine fix.

common areas need work. elevator needs lots of work, on edge of town where homeless were, but not right by this property. time to do more than room renovations at this property.

Room was fine. Comfortable, quit and clean. Shift manager,Dawn, is great : friendly, courteous, professional and on the ball.

No breakfast! This is the sort of thing that prompts me to look for a different hotel next time. All other things about the hotel were very pleasing, but no breakfast. Please don't follow up by writing a boiler plate standard about " passing savings on to the customers." That doesn't really happen in this case. Cost of the room was about average for the area.

Cost, proximity to meeting location

A bit skimpy on towels; no carafe in coffee maker in room, when requested one desk staff did not understand what was needed, then when checked back they said maintenance people couldn't help. Offered to change rooms (which I did not). All they would have needed to do is go to an empty room and get one.

Jr King Suite w/ sleeper sofa was a very large room with a divider between the king and sleeper sofa. Very nice layout and very clean and comfortable! Would stay here again!

The elevator was out of order and the free breakfast wasn’t happening. Supposedly they were doing construction. We brought a small cooler with food for breakfast and a small carry on suitcase, so it all worked out.

Large size room. Enjoy the style of the room and the separate "bar" area. Couch and bed were comfortable. Location was around lots of services and easy freeway access.

Wish there was coffee all day. The hotel layout is weird to get to my room I had to use a door from the parking garage and not a more central door. Parking was a challenge not enough spots. Can't see TV from couch.

Breakfast was very tasty, waffles were amazing. Room service was fabulous, and our room was very clean.

The elevator broke down and no one offered to take our luggage down the three flights of stairs. The poolroom wasn't available because of repairs, and no one mentioned it when we booked, this would have been good information to have before we booked. Pools are important for my husband as he likes to end the day with a quiet swim.

It's very convenient being right off the freeway and we had a room that had a separate living room area and kitchenette which was very nice. Lots of space, not exactly the newest style but kept up well

The configuration of the rooms was a bit odd and we had some trouble locating where our room was. Beyond that, no issues

We loved Brenden! What delightful person. He was so helpful. Recommended a fabulous crab dinner. It was amazing. He was very kind and helpful.

The common spaces are worn and need updated. But our room was clean and comfortable. Well worth the stay. $100 extra hold for damages not disclosed on Booking.com.

The staff were friendly and professional. Issue with card used wasn't noticed at check in, when noc shift ran audit and noticed they emailed and texted me rather the calling or knocking an waking us up. Room was clean. Staff were amazing, I wish I had their names but from check in to check out they went above and beyond. I've done that job it's not easy and they did it with a smile on a fully packed night.

The bed wasn't the comfortable to us, but we are picky. We wish there was a no kid time late night for the pool, it was just too loud lol also wish the breakfast had a protein option other then sausage gravy.

Room was very spacious

The elevator did not work at all, and I was on the third floor like I told a guy thank God I was only staying one night because I would not have wanted to haul my luggage of all those flights of stairs
