Less than a year old, very modern styling and decor starting with the lobby and all common areas, and including the room. Breakfast was plentiful and well-stocked with hot foods and both hot and cold beverages.

The same modern styling in the breakfast dining area made it feel cold and sterile. Actually, being a chilly morning and having an exterior exit door just a few steps away, it was significantly colder in the area. I prefer cozy to chilly for morning dining. There was no guide for navigating through TV watching, and although there was a YouTubeTV button on the remote, it did not access that streaming media.

The hotel was in a great place and in a quiet area. The front desk receptionist was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is nice and clean, and the room we stayed in was very spacious and wonderful. The bed was comfortable, and everything was super clean. Bonus points for being pet friendly!

I liked the room itself was super clean and well took care of. The barn style doors are really nice.

There was no area for the animals to use the restroom if you are traveling with pets. There is rock around but in the heat dogs paws cant be on that for too long so a some area with grass for the babies would be nice if able!

Newer, well maintained property with helpful & pleasant staff. Rooms are comfortable and there are several grassy dog walk areas close by. Some fast food & a Cracker Barrel within walking distance. We’ve stayed in a lot of Amarillo Fwy 40 hotels and always return to this one.

The busy traffic on main road is an obstacle to some restaurants.

It's a brand new hotel with everything new and shiny and it shows. Staff is trying their best to make the stay comfortable, location is convenient. Room was huge and clean, very comfortable

The location is newly developed and kind of still under construction, looks like old industrial landscape around and there are some shadowy persons hanging there. Not the place to take a walk late in the night. This will go though after some time.

I slept so well in the bed, better than the resort I was driving from. And the free breakfast was terrific.

There wasn’t anyone at the desk when I arrived at night and it seemed like an inconvenience to check us in at 10pm. The bathroom door in the room was a sliding barn door style that didn’t really seem appropriate for a bathroom. The toilet was right in front of it and you could still see in and out from the toilet. The euro style bathroom sacrificed privacy. It was awkward.

Brand new property . great layout, fun decor. the breakfast was included and was good. nothing special, typical hotel breakfast. Property didn’t have liquor license yet but will have a bar eventually that looks fun. Room layout was great, had space for ADA access. Bathroom had 2 sets of outlets, the room had outlets everywhere with usb ports… yes! It’s the little things like that making it great. The shower and shower-head was nice too.

The refrigerator is a nice but it made a humming sound during the night. The new Smart tv had the ability to cast from your phone, but they were having technical difficulties at the hotel, and the TVs were not receiving Wi-Fi. That will be a great feature when they get that fixed. being a brand new building, there was evidence of some rushed workmanship like a missing corner of drywall above the shower, another room we stayed in the previous week still had a some masking tape stuck to the wall and it was painted over. I’m going to guess there is still an open punchlist for the building.

Decor was nice, fresh, modern in good taste. Staff was awesome. Room was clean, comfortable. Bed was great, nicely firm and pillows were way above usual hotel stock. Breakfast area was okay, but hey it's free, not IHOP!

Entrance is a little tricky but if you pay attention it isn't a problem. Biggest complaint was the control head in the shower. Think they could have thought that one through a little better. Not much fun to have to step into the water flow BEFORE you can adjust the temp. and the pressure just plain ol' socks, no other way to put it.

Clean and modern. Beds very comfortable.

Toilet seat was broken. Staff couldn’t repair because maintenance person had gone home. Should have been discovered at last room cleaning. Also the coffee machine at breakfast was not working.

A really nice modern place. My second stay here. Well priced in my mind. Only a couple of years old. With a great pool and spa. Food options were next door. Very nice spacious lobby and breakfast area.

All good from my view.
