The rooms and office were decorated in an attractive and restful color scheme. The queen room was comfortable and big enough for all my needs, with no wasted space. Office staff and housekeepers were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was provided at the restaurant next door: I would much rather pay a reasonable price for well-prepared food in a pleasant setting than look in at a standardized, unappetizing display with the TV news blaring and decide to skip the 'free breakfast" hotels usually provide. Very good value for the reasonable price.

Perhaps a little card on the desk to let the traveler know that the refrigerator and microwave are hidden behind doors made to look like drawers on a bureau?

The location and grounds are top notch! The kids absolutely loved the koi ponds. The indoor pool was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was decent, not extravagant but ok. The rooms were very clean and roomy. Ours had a patio/balcony that was very nice.

The breakfast was kind of bland. It had scrambled eggs, very greasy bacon, and some fried potatoes. The fruit available was only honeydew melon and grapes. We would have loved to see some strawberries or other berries as well. The pool closes at 10 - the kids would have loved if it was open til 11.

The pet park was AMAZING and BEAUTIFUL! I loved it as much as my dog did. It was such a wonderful and surprising amenity. Flowers on the light posts, lush bright green grass, a little curved pathway, pretty benches with the dog bone detail, the double gate to enter, the separated sides for small dogs and large dogs...it was all really impressive! I also liked the gas fireplace IN THE PARKING LOT!! Just WOW!

The desk chair in my room would go higher and was stuck in a really low position so that I felt like a child sitting at the desk. But that was a pretty minor thing. Everything else in the room was great.

I enjoyed the indoor pool and the variety of the breakfast, my favorite thing about the hotel though was the garden area in the back. Having that garden area kept my kids and I from feeling cooped up in the room on the days we were mostly there. That is what would keep me going back again.

I didn't like the restaurant food and how little menu options they had, especially for the price, I basically threw money in the trash there. I didn't like that the room was outside access, instead of an "Inn". I think the hotel should specify what the rooms look like and their layout more.

This is probably the best hotel that I have had the pleasure of staying in. The room was great, the beds were comfy, shower was how you want it to be, and it had a hidden closet. Not really hidden, but the door was a full mirror, so at first, we did not realize it was a closet. The grounds of this hotel were really nice. They had a garden at the back behind the buildings, set up like a Zen garden. There were a couple of ponds with Koi, and a pair of ducks inhabited one pond. You could feed the Koi, although we were unable to as the food dispenser was empty. Also, in the garden area there was lots of seating. You could either sit on a raised concrete area that had several tables with umbrellas available and a fountain in the middle. Or there was another area that surrounded a fire pit. In another area of the property, there was an outdoor fireplace that was gas that also had seating by it. The lobby of the hotel was very nice and also had a fireplace that was double-sided. There was an upstairs seating area that also had a computer for any guest that might need to use one. There were laundry facilities on site and a separate room for breakfast. There was also a restaurant that was on the property, but in a separate building from the hotel.

I don't think I have anything to put on the don't like list.

If you are traveling with a dog, you could not find a better hotel for a road trip. They have their own personal, grassy, off leash park and absolutely stunning grounds with ponds and walking paths. The room more than met our needs…comfortable bed, easy access, all amenities a traveler would need. The person who checked us in was outstanding! Friendly, welcoming of our pet, and she gave us great info for our one night stay. The restaurant on speed dial on the property was excellent as well. Literally the best road trip hotel experience we have ever had traveling with a pet.

Nothing bad.

The breakfast was good. There were a lot of options. The room we had was big and comfortable. It was clean and had a great granden view and patio. Very lovely garden area and pond behind this hotel. It had a wedding venue building and seemed to be a great place to host a wedding. The pool and hot tub were both working and nice. They also have a gym area.

We had to ask for pool towels several times before we were able to get any.

Everything was so nice and clean. property was very well maintained and beautiful. very quiet and peaceful night sleep.

One of the 2 sinks had a very slow drain and the shower drain was Not draining at all. We called the front desk and they sent someone up right away. He fixed the sink drain perfectly and the shower drain also worked great. But the next morning the shower drain wasn't draining any more. We only stayed the one night so we didn't bother with the front desk about it as we checked out early that morning.

I liked it was dog friendly and had a dog enclosed park area for dog. The check in staff also put us on the bottom floor near dog park Front desk staff of ladies were great and had great recommendations for where to go and eat! also our room was very clean. There is also a get place to eat right on property site and great food.

The bathroom itself was very small. Just needs to be bigger for sure, Also, trucks and cars should not be allowed to back into there parking spaces so there exhaust goes into people hotel room. This should be pull in parking only like other places.

Beautiful property! Looked like an expensive resort with a beautiful garden with walking paths and koi ponds Great breakfast and not too busy. Eggs, bacon, French toast, waffles, fruit, etc. HUGE room! We had a corner room and I've never seen such a big room! Better than average fitness room Comfy pull out bed Super friendly staff. Felt like a bed and breakfast!

A/C struggled to keep that big room cool. We were hot at night. (The temp outside was 40 degrees C though) Beds were not super comfortable
