The room was super clean and very well designed. Perfect place for a long stay. We were only there for one night to attend a funeral and I have to say I was bummed out that we had to leave so soon. I wanted to lounge out in the hotel room longer. Crazy huh 😆 The bed was so comfortable that I slept like a log!! We didn't have time to enjoy all the amenities, but the free Starbucks coffee was like a cherry on top off an ice cream scoop. The front desk staff was amazing!! Friendly, compassionate, professional and down right amazing. The cleaning staff I ran into was very nice and professional. You can tell they love their jobs!! We loved this hotel and we will be return customers!!! I was unfamiliar with the IHG Resorts and I was surprised at the quality of this hotel. Keep up the good work!!

Convenient location, all the comforts of home although scissors in the kitchen would have been great (minor thought). Loved the chocolate truffles in lobby and morning cold water bottle

The bedsheet had a brownish stain on it and we had to ask for new sheet. The elevator had a weird odor to it. Tap water had funny taste/appearance

The room was clean and functional - and you offered a laundry washer/dryer.

You might want to consider replacing the Amana room air conditioner - I found them to be very noisy.

From the moment I walked up to the counter to check in, to the moment we left our stay was great! The sweet girl at the counter gave great dinner recommendations, and answered all of my questions. The room was spacious, inviting, and very clean. I loved having the tv in the bedroom area and the living area!

This Candlewood location is perfect, next to restaurants and a theater. This was my second stay. I particularly like the layout of the rooms.

The ONLY thing that is a little weird is the toilet is very close to the ground.

The room was very nice and very comfortable. We were travelling with our dog and were very pleased that the pet fee was $25. Too many properties are charging higher fees. We will definitely go there again. B

Very clean and the room was spacious with a nice kitchen set up. We brought breakfast with us and saved money by not eating breakfasts out.

Bed was a touch soft. A little firmer would have suited my husband better.
