My room, Superior Twin Room, was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Air conditioning and WiFi worked well. Breakfast was amazing, plenty of choice of cooked food, cold meats and cheese and patisserie. Location is not central Paris but I was at this hotel for a Convention so it was perfect for that.

The wait for the elevators is always long. My room was right next to the elevators so I could hear the noise but it didn't stop me from sleeping. Service in the restaurant is very slow and the staff speaks only a very basic English which is a bit strange for such a touristic destination.

I came on holiday to Paris for Fashion Week and had such a stressful time! The designer was awful and I was left without a place to stay! I was stressed out and I thankfully managed to book in with Novotel! Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the lady on the till but she was working on the evening on the 8th of March! She was so polite and kind! After a rough day she decided to upgrade my room to the most beautiful room and view I've ever seen! She made me so happy I could've honestly cried ❤️ thank you so so much! The hotel is beautiful and when I come back to Paris i will 100% be staying there!

The room was a good size, clean, the bed is very comfortable. Unlike many hotels, the doors block out sound from the corridors. Tea and coffee were provided and replenished daily, as were the towels. Bathroom had hand soap, shower gel and shampoo. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Very convenient location only 5 minutes walk from Gallieni. The nearby shopping centre has a huge Auchan supermarket.

Because I was there for an event, the breakfast was provided in a separate room to the main restaurant. The quality of the food is mainly good (except the scrambled eggs which seem to be premade) but the variety could be improved - for example, more fruit options not only apples & oranges, and some sliced vegetables like tomatoes/cucumbers.

The room with canape was wide, the personnel was pleasant, but a lil bit slow. Good location, not far from shopping centre and metro station.

They have problems with canalisation, the water didn’t go from the sink, the shower was always very hot. The wifi didn’t work well. We had two reservations and asked to leave us in one and the same room and not disturb us with check out. We asked many times, but they were calling about check out anyway. No slippers in the room.

Clean hotel with Nice lobby. Very helpful & friendly staff. Our request to provide boiled eggs in breakfast was accepted and it was very well taken care off without any reminder. It’s less than 5 mins walk from Gallieni metro station.

My room for 4 people was little congested to move around and there were not enough pillows for all of us. A slightly bigger room would have been better. Same breakfast everyday is boring if one stays for more than 2 days. So please have different menu for breakfast.

Overall, amazingly kind, understanding and multi lingual staff. Was very, very clean. In general, it is the best hotel experience I've had.

On the pricier side, and the restaurant on the menu said matcha tea, which wasn't matcha tea. But this is so minor. And the room had no window that could open in any way, which was a bit tough with the heat and not being able to ventilate.

Breakfast was awesome. Restaurant across the street Le Toquet, food was amazing too! Metro station and buses avsilable and near by.

Another bed instead of sofa bed. Electrical outlets that work or provide adaptors. For some reason none of my electrical pieces worked. Hot rollers didn’t work , steamer didn’t work . Maybe it is just an Europe “thing”. I purchased adapters and still didn’t work, there was smoke coming out of my hot rollers ! Some information on what we are able to plug in before arrival will be tremendously helpful.

The room is comfortable, hot drinks and complimentary water in the room, separated bathroom and toilet Good location, close to metro, bus stop and commercial centre

The windows can not be opened at all, the conditioning system doesn’t help

Breakfast was really delicious and with enough variety of food. Special thx for the nice staff who brought my daughter gluten free bread and cookies.

The lobby and reception fulfill highest word standards but when it comes to the rooms, well I think the rooms need some update. The sensation of "previous" era is overwhelming :) however I'd like to stress that room and bedding /towels were very clean.

Proximity to Metro. Very close to a large Hypermarket

Area is very busy beside suburban bus station and metro but not many bars or restaurants nearby except in shopping mall Amazed by traffic on Paris Peripherique nearby.
