The hotel left a wonderful impression from the staff, the spacious lobby, the comfortable room and the restaurant. We traveled by car and stayed in Paris for 5 nights. So it was important for us to have comfortable accommodation relatively close to the main attractions. 20-30 minutes by car to the center of Paris, 30-40 minutes to Versailles. The restaurant with a great choice for breakfast was also very helpful. The Creteil neighborhood itself seemed very quiet and comfortable to us. The Creteil Soleil shopping center 7 minutes by car from the hotel has a large supermarket and a huge food court with famous chain brands like McDonalds, Five guys etc. We went to the Italian restaurant Vapiano - very good quality food and service, I recommend it.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything here was perfect – the balance between price and quality was spot on, truly the golden mean. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The service exceeded all expectations, and the experience was simply exceptional. After dining in the city centre on our first night, we decided to have dinner at the hotel the following evening – and we were more than satisfied! The dinner was exquisite, with generous portions and impeccable flavours. It’s definitely worth staying in and dining at the hotel itself. We were served by Olivier, a truly outstanding gentleman. He was so kind and attentive that he made us fall in love with France. His warmth and professionalism left a lasting impression and made us eager to return to France, especially to Paris. Overall, we give this hotel and its team a perfect 10 out of 10. Highly recommended!

Very kind and supportive staff, the clean rooms with comfortable bed, yes the rooms have with a bit tired renovation, but they are still fine. Very comfortable parking and there was always the place to park. The dinner in the restaurant in the hotel was good: you can choose a lot different dishes in the menu. p.s. There is no lunch in the hotel. Very good wifi and very good coffee in the room.

The charging stations are very expensive: 18 EUR minimum for the 1 session - when you have a hybrid and you need a charger for a range of 50 km, it is overprice. Also I should mention a breakfast: the assortiment is very poor. In my opinion the breakfast was one of the worst one which I tested during 2024. I think it is better to increase price for a night by 6-7 EUR and offer much better breakfast.

Location and the view by the lake. There is a TVM right in front of the hotel. For me personally, a plus point, there is a mosque right outside. The family room was convenient. The terrace has a good view on the lake, but it was amazing unfortunately it was cold to enjoy for long times.

It needs better maintenance to keep its beauty.

The location was excellent for our little trip to Paris and Disney.

That the pool didn’t open until 10am. This meant we didn’t have time to use it at all. I’m guessing it was because the pool was right next to the breakfast area.. Also the door was left open during breakfast/ dinner which meant all the cigarette smoke wafted into tue eating area. Not great.

Morden facilities, great location and the meals were pleasantly great! Staff were lovely, we had an upgrade as our room had an issue which was a bonus. Would visit again

Have some air refreshers in bathrooms as it does get busy when it’s group booking

The hole trip thing was beautiful , Paris is beautiful, hotel location was amazing, the hotel it self not so much, its outdated, needs a lot of improvement. Specially for the location people would expect to have something much better but was all good in all.

Staff was friendly and did their best to make us comfortable. the Breakfast team really work hard in the mornings trying to meet peoples needs.... even when some of the other guests are quite demanding

The hotel has a nice view and overall it was good.

I did not like breakfast, not a good variety, and the bathroom needs a good scrub... please pay attention to cleaning as it will downgrade the hotel.

An amazing hotel to stay in! Everything was great for us and we loved the reception and cleaning staff! They were so helpful and kind! The location is great for people who want to visit Paris or just stop for a break from driving to their destination!
