For a Holiday Inn and the price we paid, it was well worth it. Big spacious room, friendly staff, nice green garden to walk around and very good breakfast. The croissants were amazing and fresh every single day.

The location is a bit far from the city center, if you are there for sightseeing. A round trip taxi fare will go for 30-40eur depending on traffic. Also, there is no restaurant on site or nearby, so dinner is not easy to sort out. They did offer some frozen pizza and light snacks, which was ok to keep us going the night we arrived.

Location perfect for our visits to Italy! The staff are helpful especially Sonia who made every effort to make us feel welcome! The disabled facilities are very good! If you need your bed ‘wheelchair cushion height make sure your request on booking your room! Breakfast was good and plentiful. Parking good with locked gate after 10pm. Highly recommend!

The only issue I had was the bed height for a wheelchair user were not good for me on my first stay southbound. After requests to the management, the bed was returned to normal height and was perfect for my stay northbound! Well done! But please reconsider providing bed risers being kept at your reception for those who cannot use the now low beds in the hotel

Friendly, polite and helpful staff, spacious, clean room, quiet location, good breakfast, convenient for eateries nearby, good for park and ride into Strasbourg.

Extractor fan in the bathroom very noisy and made bathroom cold. Safety rail inside shower was slightly loose. We could have reported it and I'm certain it would have been sorted. However it didn't bother us and we mentioned it when we left.

We stayed at this hotel for a night on our way to Italy and had a good experience. The hotel was very clean, and it was in a convenient spot for our trip. The staff were nice and very helpful. Even though we woke up late and requested additional cheese, ham, and other breakfast items, they promptly provided everything we needed. It was very quiet, and we enjoyed having coffee under the pergola outside. It's a shame we didn't have enough time to use the swimming pool, but overall, we were happy with our stay and would stay here again.

The reception was very helpful. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. The terras is nice.

The airco in the room switched off automatically during the night, making it very warm. The property was good and we were satisfied. However, We have some problems with the cancellation of 1 night and the customer service of booking.com. They are not granting the restitution even though we cancelled before the deadline. 2 phonecalls and several chats and frustrations later, we still have no approval of the refund.

Comfortable beds, clean interior, nice breakfast, wonderful staff (Anastasia was really helpful), great location if you have a car, charging station for a peace of mind.

The walls seem to be paper thin. We could hear the kids playing in the yard, the crazy Italian next door who would sing papa americano at 7am in the morning (as well as the full discussion with one of his mates) and the stomping of kids from the room above.

The young man behind the bar was exceptionally helpful and very friendly. The spacious grassed gardens were a bonus for exercising our dog after a long days drive and the next morning before we set off. Breakfast was very good, no limit and offered both continental and hot breakfast items. We had a decent pizza as that is all that's on offer but the young barman said he could arrange any type of takeaway to be delivered for us

I am sure it advertised it had a restaurant but actually only has pizzas.

The staff were brilliant. Breakfast was fantastic, unlimited crepes and Nutella dispenser went down well with kids. Room was comfortable and clean, with a great private shower.

It wasn't clear how to use the sauna or boules. Pool table and Table Football cost additional Euros. A small children's garden playground e.g. swing and slide set if added could improve the place for families.

We stayed at the hotel for one night. We were without a car, so to reach the hotel was a little bit difficult - by tram from the center of Strassbourg, and after - 20-25 minutes walk. The hotel and the room met our expectations. Comfortable beds. Very clean and new bath room. Central conditioner was walking fine (it was +26 outside). Wifi Internet is perfect. Nice hotel yard to sit and relax with the beer after the long day. Brekfast is simple, but tasty and it is all you need when travelling. I would stay here once again when I am in Strassbourg.

Pillows were a little bit strange and hard.

Every year I stop at this hotel because rooms are bad g clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful

The only thing that I don’t like about is that the restaurant isn’t open anymore years ago we had dinner with my daughters and my grand children and we enjoined now I must go out for dinner to another hotel near by or to a restaurant within few miles I wish they would reopen it
