The hotel is located in an office park, so it's a convenient budget hotel if doing business in the park. The rooms are small, but consistently clean. The breakfast buffet is small but has decent options. There are a couple of very nice parks for walking/running within 2-3 blocks of the hotel.

The closest, most convenient option for lunch/dinner is the restaurant in the adjacent Hotel Mercure. Not many other options nearby.

The front desk staff were amazing, very helpful and accommodating, particularly Catherine who prepares breakfast. She went above and beyond helping us with directions to where to catch the train and help with how to buy our tickets. She was excellent.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable for us

The young man called Alex at the reception was exceptionally hospitable. He provided us with all the information we needed..., ranging from food kiosks in the vicinity of the hotel, through transport arrangements, to shopping facilities nearby.

Lack of meal services at the hotel.

Clean, quite a new hotel, very good beds and pillows. Great value for money but get ready to walk a bit (approx. 14 minutes) to get to a nearest tram/train stop as busses are often late/cancelled.

They do not want to speak English or they do not speak English at all at the reception. Often students at the reception who do not know how to help properly so anything you want to solve takes a lot of time. Get ready to use Google Translator on your mobile a lot. Not a good option for a romantic walk back to the hotel alone during evenings/nights due to the location among office buildings/industry zone.

The room itself was clean, but there is a problem with the washbasin. It is somehow blocked and sometimes you can feel the smell coming from it. This can be simply fixed by using a suction cup or a fair amount of thick bleach.

By taking the whole picture of the stay, everything was fine.

I love the hotel. Very clean, affordable and easy to move to any location. The staff were all amazing. The receptionists were super especially Isham. For breakfast and ensuring that l had a good time Catherine was there to assist. All staff on duty were very friendly and cheerful. The hotel is also very budget friendly l recommend it solo travellers and other Travellers like me.

Very clean room, very clean bathroom. The breakfast was small but had everything you need except the day the coffee machines were both down. For the price it was excellent.

The train station was a 20 minute walk because the park to walk through (the usual way) was closed. The walk from the train is extremely dark and felt unsafe though nothing bad happened, we were uncomfortable. It takes about 50-60 minutes to get to the center of Paris but the time flies by.

room was clean and well ventilated. clean toilet staff were very welcoming credit to the receptionning named Hicham who has been very exceptional, with an outstanding customer service received. Hicham was very welcoming and very helpful. would like to say weldone to Hicham and the catering team. Thank you for making my stay in the hotel so impressive and excellent.

Very good for its price. The receptionist was very attentive, treated us like a friend and was very polite. The bathroom and the rest of the room are fine. Clean. I felt comfortable and relaxed.

Location is bad. If you come for Paris, definitely do not choose it. It was an environment where I felt safe. I had no problems, but it is a little difficult to find places to eat around. It is necessary to walk.

The room looked modern, was clean, had a nice bathroom and the airconditioning was nice.

It’s quite far from Paris’ city centre, which is less convenient. But if you don’t mind using public transportation it shouldn’t be a problem.
