The room was spacious clean and had a terrasse!!!! That’s just amazing! I never have this in Hotels!! Staff was lovely helpful , good breakfast! Coffee all day! Everything to have an amazing stay! And a kitchen in the room that’s just perfect!

This hotel was great for an affordable stay in Paris. It was great to have kitchen facilities and the rooms were spacious.

The location was a bit far out from central Paris - which was okay as it was very close to a metro station. We travelled a lot on the metro with our 2 children- they found the cramped conditions a little overwhelming at times, although it was mostly fine. Once we went to a big Carrefour supermarket near the Saint Denis Basilica metro which is 2 stops north on the metro. This station and the area around it felt very unsafe. After that, we found shops in central Paris for snacks and lunch supplies. The area the hotel was in felt safer and quieter.

Staff were absolutely wonderful, very helpful & friendly. Shout out to Emilie, Junior & especially Hassen. The prompt & empathetic response we received from Hassen when we complained about the horrible state of apartment 201 was brilliant. We were offered a new apartment that afternoon, thank you 😊 Free luggage storage before check-in was great.

The seating area in front of the building always had rubbish left by people & in desperate need of a good clean.

Pleasant and quiet area, tables outside so we could eat all 8 together. They even gave us a cake for Tristan who turned 15. You can borrow books and buy a few things on the premises. Offered us coffee in the morning.

The appts were one over the other so we were not together. once we opened the sofa there was no room to eat 4 at the table. Glad that there were 2 tables and 8 chairs outside. We had to bring the dishes from both floors.

A bit further out but super close to metro. Neighborhood is not sketchy but not good. Facilities a bit run down, but it was clean and comfortable and decent pricing for Paris

Good hotel, located 5 minutes from the metro and bus stop. Nearby there is a grocery store, a vegetable stand and a croissant stand. nice room, spacious double bed, clean. There is no air conditioning in the room, but there is a fan. There is also everything you need for a comfortable stay - a refrigerator, dishes, a microwave oven, an electric stove and an electric kettle. The hotel has an elevator. Very smiling and accommodating staff. You can also have breakfast in the hotel, if you wish, for a fee. I liked everything!

There was no hand soap on the sink, there was shower gel + shampoo in the bathroom, but it was high for me, I had to wash my hands in the shower, which is not very convenient. It's more of a wish.

We love the staff very helpful mostly to the man who assist us the night we check in. Very advantage to all guest that have english speaker staff. Very convenience to metro and some restaurants. The hotel is clean ..

We dont like in our rental apartment is small and only 1 toilet inside the room.

I loved the room; clean, comfortable even though room is of fair size, silent, great Tv signal and variety of channel options, bathroom clean and warm.

I recommend for best customer convenience providing extra bathroom and kitchen towels plus napkins and towel paper.

Room had a fridge, kettle and microwave which was perfect for what I needed. I was also on the top floor so had a balcony which was a nice surprise to sit out on for a coffee.

No air conditioning, but I did have a fan in the room which made the heat a little more bearable.

In the disabled bathroom whenever you are having a shower the water goes everywhere Like bathroom turning into a pool which is not good for a disabled person at all
