I felt the room was a nice size. The bathroom was very large and comfortable. The beds were comfortable. They changed our double bed to two singles without any issues and with a positive attitude. Breakfast was good. The front desk staff was amazing! They offered good explanations about the charging and payment process. They also suggested places to consider visiting during our stay that were not well known by all the other tourist so you could get away from the crowds for a while. They always greeted us with enthusiasm and made us feel welcome. They also worked closely with me to tag and lock up my bags after check out when I wasn't ready to leave yet due to transportation timing.

Although the room was a good size, I feel there was not enough flat surfaces to put the things you need when two people are traveling together. Two suitcase holders would have been nice. The towel warmer in our room didn't work. The lighting felt a bit dim especially for individuals with aging eyes. I sensed the server for breakfast had too much to do for one person. I would consider having one person tending to the table settings and clean up while another person ensured the food was replenished and warm.

We stayed at Hotel Boris in Levallois for a short trip, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel offers excellent value for money — it’s close to the metro, which makes it very easy to get anywhere in Paris. The breakfast was good, the hotel itself was very comfortable, but what truly stood out was the stylish decor and, above all, the warmth of the staff. They made us feel right at home — always natural, never pretentious, and always with a smile. And in the evening, the atmosphere was just perfect, thanks to the amazing background music curated by Eric. A big thank you to the entire team!

The only minor downside was the lack of on-demand amenity kits such as toothbrushes and toothpaste — we forgot to pack ours and couldn’t get a replacement at the hotel.

The lobby was decorated for Christmas and it was so charming to sit and work in. They had fresh croissants, a nice coffee machine, candies and water decanters you could take up to your room which was lovely. I also appreciated that they had my room ready 2 hours before normal check-in since I arrived in the morning & they kept my bags safe as I explored the city after checking out. It felt very homey and safe and the neighborhood was lively with great shops and restaurants. I have a new wardrobe thanks to the shop “Courbettes & Galipettes Levallois” so if you stay at this property, be sure to stop by this boutique!!! The staff at this hotel was also very friendly and you can tell they really care about making everyone’s stay a great one. I will 100% be staying here again and recommending it to all my friends and family!!!

The receptionists were very welcoming and we even got a welcoming letter in our room!!Food was great and I loved the sustainability steps taken at the hotel from not using plastic bottles to not changing towels option.The breakfast is very basic but everyone can find something they'd like.Bathroom had good range of water temperatures,was clean and no mold or hair.

The breakfast room was downstairs with no elevator offered, which was an inconvenience if you had any physical disabilities,the elevator did go down to the breakfast floor but it was only for staff so maybe if you ask in advance they would let you use it.It was also very loud at night most likely from the street.

Great stay. My room was on the 5th floor, and unlike other reviews I found it big enough for a stay in Paris. The bedding was OK, the sheets were very clean (I even checked for bedbug signs, and the mattress seemed very clean as well). Bathroom was well cleaned as well. The little gift in the bedroom was much appreciated and the water dispenser at the reception is a great idea. Shower products, soap and body lotion are provided. By far the most impressive thing was the staff. I inadvertently locked myself out of my room and the night receptionist was very kind and helped me get back inside. The neighbourhood is great, it feels very safe (as a female solo traveler coming back at 1 am, I felt safe). It's not close to the centre, but 3 minutes away from line 3, so in 20 minutes you can be at Opera.

I would say the room was a bit cold for my taste. However, I know the state regulations impose thermostats set at 19 degrees, and I did see a second blanket in the wardrobe, so there is always that. They had an issue with the water heater during the night, so there was no warm water during the night. I can't say that affected me, however, as I had taken a shower earlier in the evening and it was scheduled to be fixed early in the morning anyway

I and my husband stayed 3 days at the hotel. Jordan welcomed us warmly, informed us about the hotel. All the staffs were polite and friendly. They present us free coffee, water and croissants. The room was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a couple minutes to the M3 metro line, it was very easy to go to the touristical places. Thanks to Hotel Boris V. by Happyculture we had 3 great days in Paris. We definitely recommend this hotel.

The metro station of line 3 is 300m away. The Clichy - Levallois train station is 15 min walk (line L to Versailles). Bus 92 for Eiffel tower is 9 min walk (if you want to avoid metro changes). Quiet area with plenty of food options and supermarkets. The Operational staff of the hotel was friendly and very polite, especially Eric at the reception and the ladys at breacfast!!! Thank you all!!

My second time at Boris V. The staff is friendly and always very helpful. Location is great, in a residential area full with local restaurants, boulangeries, close to metro and 30 minutes away from city center (opera, Louvre, etc). Cozy and beautiful rooms and breakfast is nice.

You can hear a needle falling in the next rooms, this is specially bad when you unfortunately have noisy neighbors. Me for example had this time a fighting couple until late at night and since I don't speak french, couldn't enjoy the gossip properly which made it annoying.

It was clean. The bed was really comfortable. The staff was the best (thanks to Eric for his kindness). You have everything you need at breakfast and more, the lady there was really kind too. Little details made the stay really nice (sweets in the lobby and a water fountain for fresh water to drink) - you even had a little handwritten note on the bed with chocolates. You have everything nearby: supermarkets, a good bakery (for sandwiches and French baked goods), different restaurants (the crêperie l'elfe assis has been approved). And there is a metro station directly nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was a bit small, but it is Paris, so no surprise there.

The breakfast was a small buffet with all the essentials that you want to see in a french hotel. Croissants, pain au Chocolate, some pancakes, eggs, bacon... All very good and tasty. :-)

The only issue we had was with the hairdryer. It is not powerful at all, could not dry anything. I recommend to take your own hairdryer, especially if you are a woman with long hair. I do not see it as an issue really, just a recommendation. It does not take any points down on the review.
