Staff were really lovely to deal with and really helpful from the moment we arrived truly 5 star service at the reception. Rooms were somewhat clean and if you have multiple people staying they keep one set of towels in the bathroom and another in a small press near the bed incase you're looking for towels for your second guest.

The bathroom layout was REALLY odd and uncomfortable, but it's more bad design of the bathroom layout than anything. I never seen a toilet installed in such a weird way that you can only use it sideways.... So I guess that comes with the cheap price of this hotel. It probably would have made more sense to have a shower than a bath in the bathroom and just install everything right way around so it can be a bit more practical.

Ok stay, works going on at hotel so access was not clearly marked through car park. Reception said breakfast was not included as per my booking but corrected after showing proof. Breakfast was excellent. Paid extra for a better room, rooms are small but giant bed, fridge safe and ensuite all good, let down by burns on carpet and a damaged interconnecting door that didn't fill us with confidence if next door could open. Chose for location for a concert, Uber out each day.

Booked a room close to Le Trabendo and it was super convenient. As a girl alone at night it didn't feel sketchy to return back Rooms were clean and nice, breakfast tasty. I didn't have any problems as a person who doesn't speak French. The staff was super friendly and nice Metro station was within a walking distance, as was a huge park

Wifi was a bit weak but I didn't use it that much

We were going to a concert at the Zenith and this hotel is only 5-10 minutes walking. It is also a good location for the Stade de France. Although the rooms were small they were well equipped for a 3 star, with tea/coffee making, safe, windows that open for fresh air, comfy bed although the pillows could be softer. We travelled by Eurostar to Gard du Nord and just hopped on the metro, line 5, which took us to within 250 yards of the hotel. It was also very easy and quick to get down to the sights (Notre Dame etc) by metro (line 5 then line 2). We stayed for 2 nights, 3 days and the breakfast on both days was very good. More than we have had before from a 3 star in Paris. It should also be noted that it is very near the Peripherique if you are driving.

A couple of the weekend staff were very surly. When we got back from the concert there were guest sitting in the bar area, ,which is also part of the reception, with drinks so we stood at the bar to order a drink. My friend, plus another guest stood waiting whilst 2 members of staff were involved in checking in guests and although they had seen them waiting the completely ignored them for at least 10 minutes. When, eventually, they were spoken to they were told the bar was closed! We then questioned why some of the French guest were able to drink and at that point the male member of staff said we could buy a drink but only from the fridge, such as wine, beer, lager, cider. not sure why that wasn't offered straight away.

Standard mercure hotel , location is just next to Petit Paris , area is not very nice , pantin , but just for stay in the night with reasonable price would be okay

Weekend price is very nice , working day rates are high. 2 mins walk to metro station Hoche ( Metro 5)

Even though the exterior of the hotel looked rough, we were pleasantly surprised with the lobby and the room. everything was clean and as advertised on pictures. Towels and toilet paper were regularly replaced, and clean sheets were always waiting for us when we come back to the room. Staff was willing to help and give us tips about the city, even though their level of english could use some improvement.

Everything was fine.

Excellent and convenient location if you are coming to Paris by car.

It was a little difficult at first finding the front entrance and entry to parking garage, but once we knew where it was, all was fine.

I loved the walk the walk in shower. I really appreciated the hospitality from the front desk reception team. There was a varied choice of food for breakfast.

To be honest where the hotel was a bit and not very welcoming. The rooms were a bit small and could be laid out a bit better.

I said it was in an excellent location, well it is if you want to see a gig that is part of the La Villette jazz festival! Otherwise the internet would advise you to avoid the area! We found no problems and met only nice people but we were going to a gig at a jazz festival so that's what you would expect. So great location for music basically.

My room air con didn't work at all but TV was massive and bed v comfortable and shower excellent, luckily you could open the window wide (on the 5th floor) and get some cool air in.

It was close to Le Zenith, where I had tickets to a concert, and it was close to transport links into Paris city centre. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent.

My only gripe is that the restaurant was closed in the evenings (Friday, Saturday & Sunday).
