The hotel is well situated if arriving at Gare du Nord as it is about 15 minutes walk. It also has 2 Metro stations nearby and a bus stop right outside. The street was pretty quiet on the whole, but see below. The room was small as expected for the price in central Paris but clean and with comfortable bed and neat shower room. The breakfast had a choice of hot food as well as fruit juice, cheese, ham, bread, cereal, yoghurt, jam, pastries and coffee and tea choice. There was a kettle and mugs in the bedroom, but bring your own tea/coffee if you drink a lot since the supplies were not refreshed after the first day.

While most nights we were not disturbed by outside noise, on a Friday night it seemed that all the delivery motor scooter drivers were assembled in the street outside at about 02.30 am chatting loudly - not something the hotel can do anything about, but bring ear plugs if you sleep lightly. The wifi was pretty useless and even when using phone data tried to cut in and then apps faltered.

I have stayed at this hotel three times already and will definitely choose it again on my next trip to Paris. The location is perfect! Within walking distance of Gare du Nord, the Opera, the Louvre, and many other landmarks. I usually don’t use public transport or taxis when staying here; I just walk and enjoy the city. The surrounding area is full of great cafés and restaurants, offering plenty of choices. The hotel itself is cozy and charming, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Definitely great value for money.

I feel comfortable in this hotel. The size of the room is right for me not too big not too small. Staff are friendly and helpful especially the lady who checked me in. I forgot to ask her name but we can see her all the time from early morning until late evening. She made guests feel like being at home. For breakfast, there is nothing much to talk about but it is sufficient enough for me to enjoy every morning during my 5 days stay. The bed is comfy and I had good sleep. The location is near Rue des Martyrs which I like the vibe. It also near Gare du Nord which I took the Eurostar on the last day to London. I was also enjoy walking from 9Hotel through Rue du Faubourg Poissonniere to Rue Montorgueil before heading to Palais Royale or Le Marais. There are many things to see or stop by along the way. The location is not in the center of the tourist spot so I can feel more relax when I got back to the hotel and it also provided some local atmosphere. I stayed in this hotel before and I will probably stay here again for the next trip to Paris.

The room was small but as to be expected in Paris, but there was still the main amenities such as hanging rack, desk and full sized mirror. The location was great as not too far from two metro stations, as well as a 5 min walk to some lovely and lively restaurants and cafes, a safe area to wander. I would definitely stay here again.

The shower and bathroom is tiny, and a larger person would struggle getting in and out and comfortably washing in it! This is not through fault of the hotel, but the design of the building, but something to bear in mind. Other than that, a great stay!

Location is very great, close to the subway station ( also gare du nord ) and felt safe walking around. And a very beautiful neighbourhood! Staff is very nice and helpful :) The room is small but had everything I needed ( table, tv, clothing rack and also a hairdryer ) and the bed is quite “big” for a single room. Would definitely book again!

The bathroom was a bit too small ( for me ) Had to hold the shower head when taking a shower ( It is like a straight shower head )

We loved the location of the hotel which was central, yet on a quiet road, close to the main train station and within a walkable distance to all the significant tourist attractions. The staff were exceptional - pleasant, helpful and attentive. The room was small, but the bed very comfy. Breakfast - delicious!

However, the walls between the rooms are so thin, that it is possible to hear your neighbour snore, not to mention people coming back late from a nigh club, being loud and drunk.

the hotel is in a great location if you are arriving at Gare du Nord. It's close to a metro station so easy to get around. There are bars and restaurants in walking distance in the surrounding area. The room was spotless and comfortable and breakfast had a good choice available.

The shower is over a bath with no non-slip mat and nothing to hold onto when getting in and out. This was a slight problem for me but might not be for someone younger.

Amazing place, a rare find. Loved the location, the modern design, spacious corner room. Decent breakfast. Could use fresher pastry and bread and more veggies. Lovely staff.

The bathroom wasn’t always cleaned and the sink tap is hard to manage. The staff pushed my pajama under the bed when making it. I’d rather focus on vacuuming the floors than making the beds every single time.

We shared a twin room and it was perfect for us. You have just the right amount of space to not be getting into each other's way and for people who did more touring that hanging out in the hotel, it was perfect. The staff are also super friendly and accommodating in any way that they can be. The communication was so clear that it made it effortless to stay. We used Lime to bike around and it just happened that there are Lime parking spots within short walking distance to the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay.

There was nothing that we didn't enjoy.

Accommodation was located centrally for access to most forms of transport, room was well appointed.

Breakfast was not as expected and lacked any assistance or details for the breakfast. Room that we had while well appointed had the bed looking at the toilet in the bathroom. The area adjacent the reception was fine, however, having a day long meeting that limited access to the library area.
