This hotel has a very good location, walkable to most of the attractions. The rooms have very good heating. This is very good value for the money.

During our stay we changed the room (because we needed 7 days and booking offered of max 6 days, most of the rooms were sold). The first room was the number 12 and there was a smell from the bathroom some time (when you come back from the city, if we forget to close the bathroom door). There are few spaces to leave your clotes. In another room (I think number 18), everything was perfect (this room is a little more expensive). Tall people would have problems with beds that are metal and have a rail at the head and at the foot.

Fabulous location, exceptional value for money. The bed was very comfortable, which is important for me as I have sciatica. The bathroom was spacious, the shower was good (even though you had to keep restarting it, like in the gym) and there was a plenty of space to wash and dry clothes, a real bonus in Paris. The neighborhood is central and has many great boulangeries and restaurants. We had a breakfast “formule” for €6 at the local boulangerie: freshly squeezed juice, coffee and croissant or pain au chocolat- we loved it! 🥰

I’m not a big fan of the graffiti decoration, but it’s fine.

Location is fantastic, very close to Republique station as well as Goncourt and Belleville. Not sure if I got upgraded but I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the "single" room - I had a double bed and a build in wardrobe and liked the view onto the street. I didn't notice any noise from the bar downstairs at all. All rooms in Paris are small so I was really happy with the size. Yes the hotel is a bit old but it's clean and the staff were nice. And it has a lift. Shower is amazing (good water pressure and very hot!)

Was all pretty good. Room might have felt a bit smaller if I was travelling with another person. The price I think is standard for Paris.

We had a family room which was a good size with a lovely view, you could see the Eiffel Tower from our window. The accommodation was quirky, a little basic and in some places in need of some work. However, the beds were super comfy with lovely crisp sheets, the rooms were cleaned daily and the towels replaced which was much appreciated.

Nothing really, whilst there was some wear and tear the hotel was clean and our room care was great.

I really liked the location/ the area - 40mins walking to Louvre, Pont Neuf - perfect to enjoy Paris streets. Also, good connection with metro lines. Place de la Republique is very nice and on Sundays people are gathering there to dance /relax. I liked that the breakfast was served at the Brasserie next to the hotel, giving you that French feeling of enjoying a coffee, a croissant and a baguette with butter and jam. The room & bathroom were very clean, bed was comfy and the room view quite nice.

The room was a bit small and there was no kettle for coffee/tea.

Very good location. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Loved that there was 24 hour access as I was in Paris to run the night marathon pour tous! Staff were really friendly and accommodating.

It was very hot but there was only a really small fan. Just a small thing but a bigger fan or maybe 2 fans would have been good! Also, the lift didn’t appear to be working when we were checking out so had to walk down lots of narrow windy stairs with luggage which was a bit tricky! Probably just one of those things tho!

The staff on sight were incredibly friendly, and supportive. The hotel was open 24/7 which allowed me to explore Paris for as long as I’ve wanted to. I had a room with a balcony too which easily made the entire experience worth it as the view was fantastic especially when it was sunny! Generally the location is perfect, the staff are fantastic, the value for money is very much there! I would recommend it to any of my friends or family if they are looking for a great value place to stay in Paris!

The property was what you expect for the price range! There were some minor inconveniences regarding my shower, floor, and wall socket. But really I would say the things I didn’t like were very minor.

Great location near Gare de Nord Station and Republic Metro station and nice Cafe next door Small supermarket across the street. Funky and eclectic decor, we were on the 5th floor in the Loft.

Be warned no A/C on a hot humid Summer's night. Small but functional shower. Bit of lively street noise on a Friday night as you're located in the thick of it.

Basic but comfortable - perfect for someone who is out exploring all day. Location is great, 3 minute walk to Metro stops.

Only complaint is a bit of a smell from the pipes in the bathroom and the toilet seat was discoloured - would be a quick fix to change this!

Very well located just off Republique at the end of Canal St Martin. Rooms were small but well laid out to maximise the available space. Fans provided. Closed windows eliminate most noise from the street. There's an elevator but it's very small!

Balancing open windows for cool air vs closed windows for noise reduction on a hot and lively night was a tough call.
